Tyrel, Mathieu as well as the store manager welcomed us very friendly and accessible manners. They supported us very professionally in choosing our new Gravel Dogma GR bikes: they are very professional, know bikes well technically and listen to our requests in order to offer us the best solution so that we can enjoy our experience! We highly recommend this shop and its team, and we thank them for their kindness, professionalism and business acumen.
Cheers

Visited Bottega di Pinarello in Sept of last year when I was on vacation with my wife who was born in Villorba Treviso which is not too far from the Bottega. Very impressed with the 2 story location. I have a long association with Pinarello with my first road bike purchase made way back in 1990 directly from Mr 'Nani' Pinarello himself who measured me and had a 'Montello' made to my measurements when their store was in located in Treviso. Highly recommended if you ever in this part of the Veneto in North East Italy.

Having already bought the very expensive, top notch Pinarello I was in the Bottega Pinarello in Trevisio so we dropped by this store. What a superior attitude the staff had. I would not have bought the bike after this experience. Disappointing and not very professional.

Consigliatissimi!
