We rented bikes for a day trip along the river. Maurizio was very helpful and calming, helped us o fit the bikes and also directed us with the route.
I totally recommend this place.

We rented a couple of road e-bikes here. They were almost brand new! The tires still had most of the little manufacturing spikes on them. Adjustment was perfect- gears changed smoothly every time, brakes were powerful and also smooth. Batteries were charged in the 85-90% range (where you're supposed to charge them for long life). They were clean and well prepped.

The shop owner was cheerful and clearly cared that we had a good experience both when we picked up the bikes and when we returned them- even though the shop was busy with customers both times. Interacted with 3 other staff members- I speak some Italian but my gf does not so we mostly used English. I can assure you if you only speak English or French, you will be fine here. I have a big head, so sometimes it's hard to get a helmet but they found one that worked well- and even then the guy helping us was still checking to see if there was an even better one (you know in some places once you have a helmet that's close enough, they don't care, but here they really try to make sure you're comfortable and will have fun).

My gf went back today to buy some gels for running, and again mentioned how nice and friendly the owner is. So felt like they deserved the time it takes to write a review. This is a clean beautiful shop with top notch biking gear and excellent staff. It's often busy here because they earn repeat business- if you have to wait a minute or two in line, it'll be worth it.

Mi reco per sostituire camera d'aria. Lascio la MTB, dopo un ora mi chiamano dicendo che il copertone ha una bolla e va sostituito. Mi reco in negozio, mi fanno vedere il copertone mezzo sgonfio, indicando una zona dove la tela sarebbe rotta, ma la bolla non si vede e mi dicono che non vogliono gonfiarla perché potrebbe scoppiare. La cosa non ci convince, paghiamo la sostituzione della sola camera d'aria e intanto ci rimontano il cerchio con il copertone quasi a terra. Chiediamo di gonfiarla un poco di più per evitare che il cerchio tocchi terra, danno una piccola gonfiata dicendo che è pericoloso. Arrivati a casa gonfiamo il copertone a 2,5 bar, nessuna bolla compare anche dopo una analisi attenta. Nei giorni seguenti usiamo la MTB su terreni difficili e della bolla nessuna traccia. Trattasi sicuramente di un "miracolo". Non ho altre spiegazioni. Giudicate voi.

Unfortunately my Specialized e-MTB broke down during our holiday. Claudia and Davide from Sbill’s Specialized bike rent (Cogne) -where we wanted to rent a few additional bikes- were helpful to contact Cycles Lucchini in Aosta.

Cycles Lucchini was really service oriented and found a pragmatic, quick and suitable solution so that I could have my bike fixed, at fair cost.

They are clearly very passionate about bikes and aim for customer satisfaction.

Drove through Aosta and needed a smaller chainring for my road bicycle because I had the climbing of many mountain passes in mind.
They seemed busy but I asked them if it would be possible to get the chainring installed on the same day. They had it in stock and within 1 hour the work was done. Super friendly staff, quick and clean work. Thank you! I am super happy!

Un ringraziamento va a Ivo, non è da tutti mandare avanti un attività con uno spirito sempre positivo e allegro..se si cercano biciclette, abiti tecnici, ricambi moto ecc..questo è il negozio giusto!!!
