Erstes mal gefahren, Scooter bleibt nach 200m stehen und Fahrt lässt sich nicht beenden. Dann werden 30min Fahrt abgebucht. Kundenservice gibt es keinen, nur Chatbot der nichts versteht.
Per inutile , funziona solo a Firenze e non in provincia. Inutile ! Ero all'isolotto e dovevo andare a casellina e mi ha fatto andare a forza alla coop di ponte a greve , altrimenti non mi faceva chiudere e rimaneva a spese mia all'infinito. L'unica cosa positiva era la Bice elettrica che faceva il suo dovere.

They hook up your credit card and try to charge you forever. They also make it really difficult to cancel the subscription.

Straight up scam, you park where they tell you and then charge you 20€ for "parking outside of parking zone". Will be raising it as fraud when returned to the UK

Wunderbare Elektrofahrräder die am Lido fast an jeder Ecke stehen! Stabil, bequemer Sattel, großer, stabiler Korb vorne und große Reichweite. Mit der App leicht zu finden und zu bedienen. Sehr zu empfehlen um den Lido sowohl bei Tag als auch bei Nacht zu erkunden!
They always over charge you, they make you to get into a monthly service and then they make it difficult to cancel the service. They know what they are doing. We paid almost €10 for a short ride and keep paying for 3 months extra €5 they will not help you to get a refund regardless they know you not are in Italy. Do NOT use them.
Fraud alert
I installed the app, registered, entered all required information, and verified my card (they charged €1). I paid for the subscription and the payment went through. Then we found a bike and tried to rent it — and guess what? Nothing worked.
After scanning the QR code on the bike, I was met with a blank white screen. That’s it. And yes, I checked everything — strong internet, Bluetooth enabled, all app permissions granted. I tried restarting the app, logging out and back in, and even rebooting my phone. Nothing helped. We found two more bikes and tried again — same result.
I contacted support and received an auto-reply saying I’d get a response within 24 hours. There’s no phone number to call. I sent two more emails after that and got two more auto-replies with ticket numbers and the same 24-hour promise.
Guess how many days have passed? Five.
Guess how many actual replies I received? Zero.
Did they charge my card? Yes.
Did I waste two hours in Barcelona trying to rent a bike? Yes.
Did I get anything for my money? No — just frustration, time lost, and now the hassle of writing reviews and trying to get my money back.

When you get lucky the ride works its great.
But the last 5 rides have been broken. Flat tire, severel with truttle issue. So many errors.
I bought a subscription because i cant walk far with my foot (injury 2 years ago)
But this is worse, because i ride out but then i am forced to walk. Very bad. I do not recommend
Almost €20 for 1 hour on a bike that was not in good condition (by comparison I rented one with a small company on Elba, €50 for the whole day). I've reported the vehicle defect and asked for a refund but they haven't responded. Really poor, not recommended.

After I gave my bank card number, they deducted the monthly fee again 2-3 weeks after renting, which no one asks for! There is an automatic renewal point for the monthly rentail in the app in the settings that is not deleted even if you delete the application, so THEY ARE FRAUDING.
After I finally found their support e-mail address which was far not easy, they accepted my claim about the automatic - I think not correct business behavior - reduction, and transfered back my money.
Finns ingen support. Numret funkar inte. Riktig scam. Fortsätter dra pengar när resan är slut. Och bötfäller alla parkeringar 80€
DISABLE AUTO RENEW when buying a day pass! Who would think that purchasing a day pass involves a bi-weekly subscription? They've been taking my money for two months, I've lost nearly 30€. Who does this? Short-term this makes you money, long-term you lose customers. I'm so pissed off :-(
Très mauvaise expérience alors que le concept est juste génial surtout sur l'île du Lido : nous avons passé notre temps à changer de vélo car la quasi totalité du parc disponible n'a que très peu de batterie, nous avons fini par terminé en bus 4h plus tard alors que nous avions louer deux vélos la journée le meilleur restant à venir avec des frais débiter trois fois le lendemain : une belle arnaque 😤
Mi sono servito alcune volte delle biciclette, sarebbe un ottimo servizio, ma l'applicazione è fatta male, non potevo vedere che tipo di abbonamento avevo acquistato ne la scadenza. Ora, dopo poche corse l'abbonamento è scaduto, ho dovuto scambiare 10 mail con il servizio clienti per avere una risposta decente, ovvero la data di scadenza del servizio che avevo acquistato, che non era possibile vedere dalla app. Inoltre ad ogni viaggio l'app mi segnalava che dovevo ricaricare, nonostante avessi fatto pochi viaggi a fronte di quello che avevo pagato. Anche per questo problema avevo scritto al servizio clienti ma non sono mai riuscito ad avere una risposta. Ho anche contattato il Comune di Venezia, che mi ha in qualche modo risposto esaurientemente, ma non ho risolto il problema. Mi hanno anche comunicato la possibilità di lasciare la bicicletta in molte strade principali, senza doverla per forza lasciare nei preposti parcheggi. Trovo questo sbagliato perché ultimamente non trovo una bicicletta quando ne ho bisogno, tipo alla stazione treni, mi è successo almeno una decina di volte. Ultimo problema, l'abbonamento acquistato non diceva che funzionava solo sulle bici elettriche, mah ...
Creano disordine e caos vengono usate senza controllo e nessun criterio ,salgono in due e anche in tre, lasciate in mezzo ai marciapiedi nei posti disabili,in mezzo alle aiuole. hanno creato solo concorrenza sleale agli storici noleggiatori,al Lido non servivano di certo.
Me han multado con 40 euros pq según ellos no aparqué debidamente.
