Lepo iskustvo. Osoblje odlično, kao i lokacija. Ima svoj parking, ali nije jeftin.
Mi nismo doručkovali u hotelu jer u okolini ima puno barova.
Blizu je lokacija odakle kreću čamci ka ostrvima.
Odnos cena/kvalitet može da bude bolji.
Ako hotel nije najvažnija stvar na lokaciji, odličan izbor.

First impressions were really good. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. They gave us plenty of information about the local area. We were really disappointed that the pool and pool area were closed, which we weren’t aware of when booking. There was nowhere outside to sit and relax. We asked if it was possible but it wasn’t. We had planned a sightseeing visit with some rest by the pool but ended up with no rest and doing a lot of walking. The restaurant staff were excellent and friendly too. The food was good. The first night we went to the bar hoping to have a couple of drinks. The bar was poorly stocked unless you like gin, wine and beer. I had asked for vodka and was told they wouldn’t be getting any because it is nearly end of season, which is just ridiculous. He told me to drink gin because it’s the same. Ended up having to go and do more walking every night for a couple of drinks. The hotel itself is clean and in a good location. We had a fabulous view over the lake, and the stunning islands. Overall, if it hadn’t been for the two issues, I would have given a higher score.

Ein schöner Ort, ein Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und einer schmackhaften Küche zu einem sehr guten Preis!
Wenn die Reinigungskräfte einen Staubsauger hätten, der den Staub aus dem Teppich besser entfernt (der Staub war deutlich in der Luft zu spüren, sobald man das Zimmer betrat – zum Glück waren es nur zwei Nächte),hinter der Badezimmertür besser auf Haare und Staub achten würden.
Die Matratze sollte von Zeit zu Zeit gewendet werden, sonst entsteht eine Mulde – so wie jetzt – und man kann nachts nicht besonders gut schlafen …. dann wäre es meiner Meinung nach ein Fünf-Sterne-Aufenthalt. 😉

Ottimo hotel in posizione buona per imbarco per le isole.
Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.
C'è la piscina esterna con libero accesso agli ospiti dell'hotel.
Bella la torretta panoramica.
Non troppo centrale.
Il parcheggio interno si paga a parte.
All'estero dell'hotel poca possibilità di parcheggiare.
Al primo piano la vista lago è scarsa a causa di altro hotel di fronte.
Comunque lo consiglio e magari si può scegliere camera lato monte che evita di avere la camera sul lato lago in cui c'è la statale con semaforo proprio davanti alla struttura.

We stayed here the first week of September.|First impression of hotel on entering was excellent. Staff were welcoming and check in quick. We were given bus and ferry timetables which we made full use of. |Our room 218 was on the front of the hotel with a view of the lake snd mountains. Room was clean reasonably large and comfortable with a fridge. It could be made more welcoming with some simple art work on the walls which are completely bare. Air con is controlled by hotel. Balcony is big enough for table and two chairs and we made good use of it. Road noise is quite loud but the door to balcony reduced it to an acceptable level. |Bathroom was clean and stocked with shower gel etc. |Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.|Pool is a good size and we could always find a space around it and thankfully none if that using towels to reserve them nonsense. Pool towels are provided free. We were disappointed that the snack bar adjacent to the pool didn’t open until mid afternoon. |I would say it was a leisurely 20-25 minute walk to Stresa. There is an imbarcadero near the hotel but services from it are limited and often return to Stresa especially later on in the day. |Overall we would rate the hotel 4 out of 5 for its category. |We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it with the caveats that we have mentioned.

Das Hotel Della Torre liegt zwischen der Hauptstraße und der Bahnstrecke von Stresa. Unser Zimmer (2 Personen) war im 4. Stock mit Blickrichtung Berg (Bahnstrecke). Die Lautstärke (Zug) war nicht störend. Beim Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl, der Pool war sehr sauber und neu. Das Personal waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als Parkmöglichkeit auf jeden Fall einen Parkplatz buchen! Die Altstadt ist nach einem 20-minütigen Spaziergang an der gepflegten Promenade zu Fuß erreichbar. Glutenfreies Frühstück möglich.
(Zimmer 3 Punkte: Unser Zimmer war direkt neben dem Aufzug, welcher doch hörbar war und die Badezimmertür war beschädigt).
Wir würden wieder dort buchen!

Hotel molto silenzioso, con camere insonorizzate. Personale accogliente, cordiale e solare. A tre minuti dal lido di Carciano, ti porta a visitare l’isola bella attraverso il traghetto in pochi minuti. Stanze pulite e ordinate. Mezza pensione consigliata. Il loro chef barese ti prepara leccornie nuove per cena tutti i giorni. Piscina vicino alle camere, con un baretto a fianco pronto a servirti in qualsiasi ambito. Luogo ideale per coppie e famiglie.

Höflich, zuvorkommend, freundlich und familiär!
Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt von Carotta und Stephano! Euch beiden gilt hierfür schon ein besonderer Dank, auch für die familiäre Aufnahme😊 by the way - Carlotta, wie war deine Examensprüfung?😊
Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall Halbpension mit hinzu zu buchen, mit dem Antipasti Buffet hat man am Ende ein Viergangmenü. Die Küche ist sehr einfallsreich und wirklich lecker! Uns ist icht klar warum sich hier einige über das Frühstück ( die Auswahl ) beschweren, wir finden diese mehr als ausreichend. (was gibt es besseres als ein leckeres Rührei und einen super Cappuccino zum Frühstück?)😊 Das gesamte Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Im Poolbereich gibt es eine Bar, Ebenfalls ist der Pool mit Sicherheit auch für Nichtschwimmer geeignet. Das Parkhaus, welches zum Hotel gehört, ist etwas beengt, aber es gibt auch einige Außenstellplätze. Die Lage, ja, es liegt direkt an der Straße, aber die Fenster sind schalldicht, also überhaupt kein Problem! Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt, überhaupt ist Sauberkeit hier überhaupt kein Thema😊👍 Haben wir Kritikpunkte? Ja, einen, die Fernseher sind etwas zu klein😊. Ach nein, meine Frau hat noch einen zweiten, sehr wichtigen Kritikpunkt! Sie hat sich so sehr auf einen typisch, italienischen Zitronenkuchen gefreut, den gab es leider bis heute nicht am Buffet! Ganz im Ernst, wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder! Im Gesamten wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! auch wenn wir noch vor Ort sind, schon jetzt dem gesamten Personal vielen Dank!!! Also etwas familiäres sucht mit viel Herzlichkeit ist hier genau richtig😊👍

Gutes Hotel .. die Lage ist super.. 5 Minuten zur Schiffsanlegestelle der barromäischen Inseln und 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die schöne Gassen von Stressa mit vielen Restaurants. Ebenso klasse der tolle Außenpool mit Poolbar mit reichlich Liegen.|Das Hotel innen selbst ist gut, schöner Eingangsbereich, Rezeption, Speiseraum schon etwas älter, aber man kann beim Frühstück schön draußen sitzen.|Die Zimmer und Bad haben eine gute Größe ( wir hatten ein schönes Eckzimmer mit Seesicht , wir hatten über Hotiday gebucht) , Frühstück war super, sehr viel süße Teilchen !!!! Leider nur Dosenobst statt frisch, wünschenswert wäre täglich frische Melone.|Trotzdem ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top...|Tiefgarage kostet 15 Euro pro Nacht, aber dafür hat man seinen festen Parkplatz.|Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich, .. wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen, und kommen sehr gerne wieder.|Und nochmal... TOLLES PREIS-LEISTUNGSVERHÄLTNIS !!!!!!!!!!!!

Came here via TUI. Hotel in a great position. 5 minutes from one of the ferry stations and 10 minutes from Stressa centre and main ferry. We had a room at the front which gave nice views, over the trees, of the lake and mountains. A lot of road noise and unfortunately a lot of bikers who like to rev their engines. However didn't disturb our sleep. There is a small pool and seating area and outside bar. Rooms are quite large with a nice balcony. We were half board. Good quality food with plenty of choice. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention to Raffaella, our waitress who knew our likes and dislikes after the first night. Drinks very reasonably priced, although like a lot of places you aren't given tap water but have to buy bottled. A pet hate of mine!!!! You can hire bikes from the hotel and organise trips. Only reason it didn't get a 5 is the hotel is a bit tired in places and air con controlled by hotel and we were too hot. However a good value for money place.

Stayed for a week half board May 25|Good points friendly helpfull staff, very clean. Good location. Downside the room we stayed in had a mountain view but was very dated 1980,vibe. Had only 1 plug socket in the room. If you wanted a shower with hot water had to have between 5 and 7 pm daily otherwise water stone cold. Air con was centrally controlled so not ideal and very noisy. While some of the above not great all workable. The biggest issue I had with the hotel was the quality of the food. We had breakfast and dinner included with our package breakfast was a basic buffet with very processed foods eg tinned fruits and only white bread. The dinner was a very poor offering daily mostly cold and tasteless food no culinary delight to say the least.

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel lo scorso weekend con la mia famiglia, il tempo sufficiente per poter consigliare questo posto ad amici: hotel situato a Stresa, a soli 5 minuti dal molo da cui partono le barche per visitare le 3 isole Borromee e le altre sponde più importanti del Lago Maggiore. Lo staff molto gentile ed educato ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio.
Le camere sono accoglienti e pulite.
La colazione a bouffet ottima per tutte le nazionalità. Peccato non aver provato la piscina, ma sarà sicuramente un’occasione per ritornarci. Grazie

Llegué al hotel con unas perspectivas no muy altas, sin embargo, en cuanto llegamos cambio mi impresión debido a la amabilidad del equipo de recepcion y del comedor. Llegamos cerca de la hora de cierre de la cena y nos ofrecieron toda clase de soluciones, La estancia esta siendo muy grata, agradable, y llena de buenas sorpresas. Pongo foto de la piscina donde se puede disfrutar de una buena tarde o mañana.

Todo bien, el personal es amable y están dispuestos a ayudar. Las habitaciones son limpias y confortables. Desayuno perfecto, ubicación ideal para llegar andando al embarcadero para coger el barco a las islas
