I broke my MTB chain at Marmolada on the way to lake Garda. We found this shop online and called in for help.
The Owner, Alessandro was brilliant. We had my bike in his work shop in minutes and discovered it was an easy fix. I then brought some spares and wasn’t charged for the small repair.
Personally and friendly service.
Alessandro even offered to lend me his tools while i stayed at the lake for a few days, which was above and beyond customer service.

Con un gruppo di amici abbiamo fatto il tour di 3H con le TALARIA accompagnati da Alessandro
Nonostante qualche stop forzato a causa di un mezzo difettoso recuperato la sera prima, ci siamo divertiti parecchio. Alessandro, il titolare, è molto gentile e alla mano e in grado di scegliere il miglior percorso in base alla capacità dei partecipanti, sempre disponibile a dare consigli o spiegazioni sul mondo Talaria ma anche per chiacchierare del più e del meno o per bere una birra.
Consiglio di indossare tutte le protezioni perché le moto, anche se leggere e manovrabili, hanno prestazioni di tutto rispetto nel fuoristrada e qualche caduta è prevedibile! Prezzo commisurato al divertimento.

Der Fahrrad Verleih ist sehr empfehlenswert. Man bekommt dort alle Fahrradklassen, auf die man Lust hat. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter der auch Touren rund um Torri del Benaco je nach Fahrrad empfiehlt. Des weiteren wird bei jedem Fahrrad ein Schloss und Reperatur-Kit mitgeben. Als Tipp kann ich nur mitgeben schlaft nicht zu lange aus und seit früh bei dem Verleih da natürlich die Fahrräder begrenzt sind. Der Preis für den Verleih ist human. Nicht übermäßig teuer aber je nach Kategorie geht der Preis höher. Alles Zusammen ist dieser Verleih nur zu empfehlen.

Fuimos a Torri del Benaco a mediados de Febrero y decidimos recorrer la zona en bici. A pesar de haberlo contactado tarde, Alessandro nos rentó las ebicis por 2 días y fue super amable con nosotros. Nos prestó luces, cascos, cadena y los cargadores de las bicis y nos explicó como funcionaba detalladamente. También nos dio consejos y un mapa para que podamos sacarle el maximo provecho a nuestro paseo. Gracias por haber hecho nuestra visita al lago inolvidable!

Sehr freundlicher Mensch, bei meinem E-Bike hat sich der vordere Kettenkranz gelöst abends vorbei gebracht morgens repariert wieder abgeholt. Zudem haben wir unsere Ladegeräte für die Akkus zuhause vergessen, selbst die Akkus hat er uns geladen. 👍🏻 hier wird Service groß geschrieben. Vielen Dank

Do you care about your safety? Then avoid this place. I speak to all bikers and especially to German friends who visit our wonderful Garda Lake. Demand quality and professionalism otherwise what happened to us could happen to you. We were stranded due to a broken chain. Here is the owner's response: "It's not my problem, it's you who broke it and you have to fix it. I'm sitting here in the armchair. If I come to pick you up, you'll pay for the exit, I'll personally check the chain and it's perfect so it's your fault".
Somehow, with the help of ferry workers and numerous phone calls, we managed to have the chain repaired by a specialized mechanic. His response is this: "For your safety, this bicycle should not have been taken out in these conditions because it already had three "false ring", even worn ones, and it broke in two places right there. In these cases we pick up the customer with the van for free and we apologizes and even refund all or part of the rental for the service failure".
Upon returning the bikes, the shop owner arrogantly asked us if we had solved the problem, we asked him if he was comfortable in his armchair. He also answered us laughing with a big yes. Here is what could be useful to you in case of need: this character will leave you stranded or will ask you for money for a disservice created by his serious incompetence which could also create serious safety problems for your health.

with this response he confirms how much this person is worth who doesn't try to apologize in any way, on the contrary he shows himself to be denigrating and overbearing. The problem is not the customer but it is the service that is offered in the moment of need, everything else counts for nothing. It's very easy to receive positive reviews when everything goes well and you return after a wonderful day of cycling, sun, wind and water. But when it comes to work, the serious professional shows himself to be what he is: as he himself writes, he will make fun of you and leave you in trouble.
The technical failure that occurred, as I have already explained, I can understand very well since a professional mechanic repaired it and explained to me exactly what the conditions of the chain were: it could not have been rented in those conditions. This is the result of the expertise.

We hired 7 e-bikes for the day. With the help of the bikes, we were able to have a perfect day riding from Torri to Malcesine, taking the ferry across to Limone, and riding the wonderful new bike path in Limone. Alessandro was flexible and helpful at all times. Thank you!

Negozio fornito di noleggio per ogni tipo di esperienza: dalle e-bike per tour panoramici sulle sponde del Lago di Garda alle moto elettriche Talaria per percorsi in enduro adrenalinici nella cornice del lago. Il servizio di assistenza inoltre è ottimo e attento, garantendo così un'esperienza gradevole a 360 gradi.
Consiglio spassionatamente di provare uno dei tour guidati, anche a chi non ha esperienza.
