Summary: Amazing bikes, horrible (/non-existent) customer service.

I have been a Wilier rider for over 10 years and in that timeframe I have bought 8 Wilier bikes. I have always been happy with the brand when it comes to the bikes, but with my recent purchase I came to experience their (non existent) customer service regarding a problem with the paint of the (new and unridden) bike. We are now two months further and Wilier has not responded to any of my messages, nor the several messages and reminders from the Wilier dealer I bought the bike from. Zero response. Just... nothing.

So, it now looks like this bike will be my very last Wilier bike. It's a shame, because I have always loved the bikes and was very proud of riding this unique brand. What a way to loose a loyal customer.

Für den normalen Besucher kein Zugang, Café oder öffentliche Einrichtungen.
Nur über lokale Händler Termine möglich, um den Showroom zu sehen.
Nicht sehr kundenfreundliche Lösung meiner Meinung nach.

Leider spontan keine Führung oder etwas zu sehen bekommen.
Aber eine Adresse wi man sich alles über Wilier zeigen lassen kann und wo man die Bikes auch sehen kann.

I have been using the Filante SLR for 2 years now and every time I want to go out for a ride on this bike. Stiff, responsive and super comfortable for a sports bike. Now that I'm looking to buy a gravel bike and I see the Rave ID2, I don't pay attention to other manufacturers anymore. Williers are beautiful.

Servizio clienti pessimo!!!!!!!
Ho acquistato una bici a pedalata assistita da un mese e non l'ho ancora potuta utilizzare perché l'alimentatore non è funzionante e non mi è ancora stato inviato il ricambio.

Acquisto Luglio 2025 da rivenditore una Garda con gruppo Shimano 105 Di2 ultimo tipo. Listino €3.800. Scopro che su tale modello viene montato manubrio Ritchey fascia entry alluminio non integrato che non prevede nemmeno il passaggio guaine freni integrate. Bastava un leggero aumento di prezzo per montare manubrio in carbonio che avrebbe migliorato la qualità totale della bici. Segnalato al supporto clienti giusto per avere parere. Ad oggi nessun commento.

TLDR: Premium prices, bottom-level customer experience.
I've ordered Wielier Adlar in november last year via local distributor- expected production time was in mid/late january, in reality it was mid-february. Expected delivery to distributor dates went from end of january, through mid february, late february, to mid march now. Before I've paid 4k euro I've asked Wilier about max chainring size for Adlar- Wilier said they cannot give me the number. Right now I'm considering cancelling my order and getting something from rival brand, so I can have a new bike for race season.

Le bici saranno anche di qualità, ma azienda poco seria nella gestione degli ordini. Bici ordinata a settembre con data di consegna massima prevista per metà novembre, al 31 gennaio non è ancora arrivata. Per di più hanno cambiato la data di consegna più volte senza mai rispettarla.
