We had the most incredible experience with Vertigo Experiences! Our guide, Florence, was amazing — so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to spend the day with. She made the ride feel relaxed and full of great conversation and local insight.

A huge thank-you as well to Oskar, who truly moved heaven and earth to make sure my husband could have the e-bike adventure he had been dreaming of for our honeymoon. The lunch together at the end was the perfect finish to an already unforgettable day — delicious food, great company, and a beautiful setting.

Oskar and his team did an amazing job. They sourced very nice road bikes for us with wider (28mm) tires to enable some gravel riding along our routes. They also tracked down Look Keo pedals for us to match the shoes we brought with us. From initial contact to drop off and pick-up of the bikes from our villa, Oskar and team were amazing! I highly recommend them and will use them again on our next trip to Tuscany. Grazie Mille!

Wir haben Bikes für 12 Leute gebucht, das ging komplett problemlos über die Website und 1 malignes Telefonat, wir hatten danach noch kurzfristige Änderungen von E-bikes auf Gravel auch hier eine WhatsApp kein Problem, bei der Abholung waren fast alle Räder mit zu wenig Luft leider, und ein paar Helme sahen derangiert aus, diese wurde aber bei Ansprache sofort und anstandslos gewechselt also kein Problem. Die Räder Gravel sowie das E MTBs waren einwandfrei. keiner hatte Probleme und die Räder waren in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir hatten eine Uhrzeit abgemacht wann wir da wieder da sein wollten. Durch Komoots Routenführung das nicht geklappt. Hier wurden wir angerufen und gefragt ob alles okay sei. Die Verspätung an sich war überhaupt kein Problem. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Und am Ende gab’s noch nen Rabatt weil wir soviele waren.

We stopped by the office and were able to book a rental for the next day. Luka and Oskar were friendly and responsive. The bikes were in great shape and allowed us to roam and ride side streets and bike paths for over 30 miles.

Con innata gentilezza, cordialità e un grande bagaglio culturale, Oskar ci ha mostrato Cortona come non l'avevamo mai vista. Paesaggi mozzafiato, panorami incredibili e l'anima della Toscana che si respira ad ogni pedalata di e-bike (veramente comoda, frizzante e facile da condurre). Consiglio caldamente un tour con Vertigo Experiences, un'esperienza che rimane nel cuore.

Excellent service, very kind to find us bikes at the last minute. It was a great experience, very easy thanks to the e-bikes and lovely small roads to cycle round. We went to a wine tasting on them, perfect distance and added to the whole day so much. Highly recommend!

Oskar was superb! His tour was filled with fun surprises. This was our first e-bike experience and certainly not our last. Oskar’s ability to teach about the technology at the beginning of the tour made the entire ride enjoyable despite the considerable elevation changes. A tour like this would have never been possible on traditional bikes for beginner riders.

Wij huurden elektrische mountainbikes en fietsten hiermee dezelfde dag nog moeiteloos naar boven tot aan het fort in Cortona. De dag erop maakten we een leuke tocht naar Montepulciano. Topkwaliteit fietsen en uitstekende vriendelijk service. We hoefden maar voor 1 dag te betalen en voor een kleine meerprijs werden onze fietsen weer opgehaald bij Camping Pineta. Aanrader!

Uitstekende service! Al onze vragen over de boeking werden op voorhand via e-mail steeds snel beantwoord door Giulia en alle afspraken werden 100% nagekomen. De fietsen waren van uitstekende kwaliteit en aan onze villa persoonlijk afgeleverd en opgehaald tegen een kleine vergoeding. We hebben met 8 vrienden een geweldige dag beleefd dankzij Giulia en Oscar!

Was staying in Italy (Cortona area) for 3 days with my girlfriend and wanted to make the most of the time. I called Vertigo late on a Thursday evening and Oscar was able to have bikes ready within an hour - which was incredible. My girlfriend loved the E-bike as they were easy to use and they made light work of the steep hills. We ran all over on the bikes for two days with no issues at all.

Overall would highly recommend Vertigo after interacting with Oscar.
