Un desastre. Los contratamos a través de una app, viajamos 1:15 para hacer un paseo, llegamos antes de tiempo y esperamos 25 pasada la hora de encuentro y nunca llegaron. En el punto de encuentro nadie los conocía. Cuando 27 minutos más tarde nos contactaron, en vez de disculparse dieron solo excusas ridículas: que estaban a la hora / que el lugar de encuentro era otro (que jamás mencionan) al indicado en la app y en el cupón, que la culpa es de Civitatis, etc. NO LO RECOMIENDO!

We are truly sorry for what happened, especially because we were present at the meeting point — in the parking area near Panificio Perrone. For obvious reasons, we couldn’t stand right in front of the bakery with the bikes.

We stayed there from 9:45 AM to 11:21 AM, well beyond the scheduled start time, trying to meet you.

We sent messages via Civitatis starting at 10:03 AM, providing our direct contact number, and also reached out on WhatsApp, including a phone call at 10:26 AM. Your reply only came at 10:32 AM.

During that time, we invited you three times via WhatsApp to join the tour anyway, suggesting to move past the misunderstanding. However, you refused every proposal and chose to leave.

No one “made up excuses”: we simply didn’t recognize each other on site, especially since we had never met before.

We are committed to offering a serious, punctual and professional service, as confirmed by the many positive reviews we’ve received on Google. We offer impeccable service.

It’s just a shame you didn’t show the patience of a true traveler — and didn’t give us the chance to prove it to you.
