Wir haben viel Wissenswertes gelernt. Es wurde sehr aufgetischt (Burrata/Mozarella, Bruschetta, Gurken, Birnen, Wein, …), trotz dem wir zu weit den Kurs besuchten. Man hat sich bei der Familie von Roberto sehr willkommen gefühlt. Es war ein unvergesslicher Tag!

We did several e bike tours in Puglia and this was by far the best. We visited a local cheese (mozzarella) shop first up and saw how they make the cheese - and tasted it...yum!!
Then it was off on a 2 hour easy ride through the beautiful countryside seeing farms, cows, poppies, vineyards, it was stunning. Gian was very mindful of going at an easy casual pace allowing for taking lots of photos along the way.
We arrived at a vineyard and met the owner, Roberto, to have a chat about his property and pick some wild Rocket which would be used in our upcoming lunch.
We then took a short ride back to his homestead where Momma showed us how to make pasta. Luckily she had premade the pasta for our lunch as we were very slow!
Over the next hour & half we had a family lunch with beautiful homemade pasta, cheeses, breads, cakes and wines!
This was one of the best days of our 5 week trip.
Thank you, Gian. It was lovely meeting you and we will certainly be recommending you to all of our friends.

Super mooie fietstocht gemaakt door de regio rondom Alberobello. Over verkeersluwe plattelands weggetjes.
Helemaal geweldig met al die trullies. Met de E-bike was dit goed te doen.
Achteraf in Alberobello enkele heerlijke lokale biertjes genuttigd die bij de tour inbegrepen waren. Alles bij elkaar een TOP
activiteit!

Gian was very friendly and a reliable guide making sure we were safe and felt comfortable on our ride. We got to see much of the country side and a neighbouring town of Alberobello. The bikes were in great condition and Gian took photos and videos for us as keepsakes, which was very helpful as our hands were busy! We finished our tour with a beer tasting in Alberobello at a place called Malart. This ‘hole in the wall’ bar had great atmosphere and a lovely host. We really enjoyed our time there, and stayed on for another beer after our tasting! We definitely recommend - especially using an electric bike to help up those hills in the heat!

Experiência maravilhosa, pedalar na Puglia.
O trajeto é lindo, passando pela área rural, plantações de uva, trigo e azeitona. Nosso guia era uma simpatia e conhecia muito bem o percurso!!! Fomos conhecer uma fábrica de produção de mussarela Flor di Latte, tudo delicioso!!!! Eu SUPER RECOMENDO este passeio e qdo tiver oportunidade vamos voltar para fazer outros roteiros da Puglia com essa mesma empresa!!!

A wonderful day exploring the countryside of Gioia del Colle with John as our guide.
Starting from Bari, it began with a quick and easy regional train trip.to Gioai del Colle.
An unforgettable trip to see the making of mozzarella with tasting of fresh burrata.
Soon we where in the countryside among the mixed farms of olives, wheat, grapes, stone fruit and dairy, the wildflowers were in full bloom.
A visit to a Monastery for a short break and we continued on the new regional bike trail atop the aquaifer.
Time for lunch and what an experience, we were hosted by Partager wines at their organic farm and enjoyed splendid hospitality.
The ebikes were comfortable and reliable making the 4 hour trip a delight.
An easy return to Bari.

My girlfriend and I took a 5-day tour of Puglia by e-mountain bike. We were not only impressed by the breathtaking landscape and the charming little towns, but also by the perfect service that Gianfranco provides. From the beginning to the end, from the quotation to the pickup of the e-bikes, everything went perfectly. The bicycles were well equipped and maintained, and all accessories were provided.

Gianfranco even organized a local mozzarella tasting for us. Delicious!

We did a tour with 8 adults and 8 children aged 6 to 12, and it was fantastic. It was a nice, relaxing tour through the amazing countryside. Afterwards, we made our own pasta, had a great lunch, and tasted the homemade organic Rosata. Highly recommended!

Les vélos sont de bonne qualité et la région se prête idéalement à la pratique de l'e-bike. Les équipements proposés sont très bien adaptés (sacoches, divers matériel), les modalités de livraison était parfaite. Nous avons loué les bicyclettes pour un tour de 6 jours et aurions apprécier un vélo plus adapté au vélo tout chemin en cyclotourisme plutôt qu'un vélo plutôt prévu pour la ville. Nous avons l'habitude d'utiliser nos propres vélos qui permettent une aide modérée pour l'assistance électrique pour mieux gérer les efforts selon la route. Ici le niveau d'assistance manquait de nuance.

Bikes are in great condition and Gian took really great care of us! The road was scenic rural, and we even stopped to see the cows! Gian made sure we wete comfortable and safe. Would recommend!
