I contacted this bike rental by email three days ago and never received any reply. Today, I came to the rental shop during its advertised opening hours, but nobody opened the door, nobody answered the phone, and there was no information explaining the situation. This is completely unacceptable customer service. Because of this experience, I can only give the lowest possible rating.

L’accueil d’Andréa et son professionnalisme sont au top. Il nous a très bien conseillé pour les circuits à vélo et le restaurant pour le déjeuner : Ponte Caffé. Les vélos sont bien entretenus et très performants. Nous vous conseillons vivement ce loueur de vélo si vite êtes à Locorotondo ou à proximité.

This was by far the best activity we did while staying for 7 days in Locorotondo, hired the bikes for the day. The guy at the shop was super helpful with a route to Arbelobello. He gave us restarurant suggestions which we had a fantastic meal at. The bikes were so easy to ride. 40euro each for the day.

My wife and I had gravel bicycles rented from May 31 - June 5 (6 days). When we went to pick up the bicycles we found that they were not maintained and during a test ride found that the disc brakes would not stop the bikes as we require. The bicycle technician was helpful and tried to lubricate the disc brake calipers. We made a decision not to accept the bicycles as offered and most likely to forfeit our 140€ deposit. I did send a message to Puglia On Bike about my deposit, but did not hear anything and they are probably correct on keeping the deposit. But on the bright side, we called Isabella at ProBike in Monopoli and had bicycles delivered the next morning.

After a slow start due to a storm rolling through we had an awesome day. The bikes were in excellent condition, the trail we were suggested was really pretty and we were lucky enough to catch cherry season so snuck in a few cherry’s from trees on the side of the road. All in all, a really god experience and would highly recommend

We rented gravel bikes, but the quality was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. On top of that, they were unreachable by phone when we had questions. Considering the high price they charge, we expected a much better service and better-maintained bikes. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

We took e-bikes with our toddler sitting on a rear child seat, and we had a fantastic experience. The bikes were comfortable, and the staff in the rental company were helpful and nice. They provided us with an optional path and it was beautiful. The journey was peaceful and fun. Definitely recommend it!

Un vélo sur 4 avec une batterie vide, non détectée au départ; mais super service d’échange sur le parcours après un coup de fil. Vélos AE ok mais modèle de base, moteur dans la roue arrière, batterie dans le cadre; vitesses bien réglées.

Nous avons loué des vélos électriques pour 2j afin de pouvoir visiter la Vallée d'Itria à vélo et parcourir les alentours. Les vélos étaient très bien, bon modèle et en bon état. Le personnel était également au top! Nous recommandons sans hésiter!
