Amazing support and most friendly. My bike broke down on an Alptour in July 2026, a Merida, impossible to repair because of missing special components but the guy, Andrea, tried everything and would have repaired it within a few days but I had to leave so I was allowed to leave my bike there until the ÖAMTC picked it up and brought it to Austria. The broken bike was a pity but being show a nice nearby hotel and a great pizza place plus the caring friendly support left a wonderful memor.
