Terrible service and lack of professionalism
I took my skis to this shop for sharpening and waxing, but the results were disastrous. They damaged the edges, and I had to take them to another shop because they had no grip. The second shop confirmed that the sharpening was poorly done.
Additionally, when I dropped off the skis, they told me it would cost €20, but when I picked them up, they charged me €25 without any explanation.
I absolutely do not recommend this place. Be very cautious with such practices.

Servizio pessimo e mancanza di professionalità
Ho portato i miei sci in questo negozio per affilarli e sciolinarli, ma il risultato è stato disastroso. Hanno danneggiato i bordi e ho dovuto portarli in un altro negozio perché non avevano grip. Nel secondo negozio mi hanno confermato che l’affilatura era stata fatta male.
Inoltre, quando ho lasciato gli sci mi avevano detto che il costo sarebbe stato di 20€, ma al momento del ritiro me ne hanno chiesti 25€ senza alcuna spiegazione.
Non consiglio assolutamente questo posto. Fate molta attenzione a questo tipo di pratiche.

our prices are clearly shown at the cashier and skis are done with the machine and it is almost impossible to ruin an edge with it. Although we always accept complaints if you call us or you show up giving an evidence to the issue, thing that you didn't do, we can always find a solution and behaving like you did, I can't correct the claimed mistake and I have no evidence of what could have occurred

We confirmed with the owner on the phone in late August about renting an e-bike on Oct 14 which he agreed. So we reserved and prepaid €118 online on Sept 1. On Oct 14, we arrived at 1000 and the store was closed. We called the 2 numbers on the paper taped to the door. One was disconnected and the other was a store worker who said they are closed. I said we reserved and paid for an e-bike that day. He said he would be there in an hour. He came flustered and annoyed that no one told him there was a reservation that day. Assuming the owner didn’t check the reservations calendar and let him know he had to go into the store that day. After another hour of wrangling equipment, the right bikes and batteries together, we asked the store worker where to ride. He said there’s a gravel bike path that goes pretty far. That was his only ride recommendation. We were hoping to ride on a mountain trail. We should have done our own homework and not relied on the shop recommendation because yes there’s a gravel bike path but it’s a frontage road to the actual road and we had a car. So not very exciting. We were back in 4 hours (1200/1600) and we paid for 0900-1900. I don’t not recommend this shop just maybe email or call the owner to confirm your reso if you are going in the offseason and either plan your own ride route or tell the owner what kind of ride recommendation you are looking for. Lesson learned for us. Bikes and helmets were good.

Hello Dana, I understand your discomfort and I'm really sorry of what happened. Due to a lot of rainy days we decided to stay closed: to cold and bad weather caused no presence of customers, therefore I a lack of attention on the booking system. This caused me your negative feedback and for that reason I’m giving you a full refund and my apologies. Regarding the road suggested, it is the Cortina- Dobbiaco trail maybe the most famous of our bike tracks and the only one feasible in those days for safety reasons (muddy/snowy conditions in higher trails, with risk of landslides and no huts or rest/rescue places open): for our customens safety comes first. I hope we will host you again on a future better conditions.
