We confirmed with the owner on the phone in late August about renting an e-bike on Oct 14 which he agreed. So we reserved and prepaid €118 online on Sept 1. On Oct 14, we arrived at 1000 and the store was closed. We called the 2 numbers on the paper taped to the door. One was disconnected and the other was a store worker who said they are closed. I said we reserved and paid for an e-bike that day. He said he would be there in an hour. He came flustered and annoyed that no one told him there was a reservation that day. Assuming the owner didn’t check the reservations calendar and let him know he had to go into the store that day. After another hour of wrangling equipment, the right bikes and batteries together, we asked the store worker where to ride. He said there’s a gravel bike path that goes pretty far. That was his only ride recommendation. We were hoping to ride on a mountain trail. We should have done our own homework and not relied on the shop recommendation because yes there’s a gravel bike path but it’s a frontage road to the actual road and we had a car. So not very exciting. We were back in 4 hours (1200/1600) and we paid for 0900-1900. I don’t not recommend this shop just maybe email or call the owner to confirm your reso if you are going in the offseason and either plan your own ride route or tell the owner what kind of ride recommendation you are looking for. Lesson learned for us. Bikes and helmets were good.

Excellent place to rent a bike. I assume the older gentleman who helped us out was the owner, he was so friendly and kind, nothing was a problem. When we asked (in our poor Italian) if he spoke English, he told us “only a little” but we had no issues with communicating! Highly recommend to hire a bike here and cycle around the beautiful area.

We came across this shop in cortina a few years ago and the owner was very friendly and kind. The shop was very well stocked. Nero left a deep impression in us and we often wonder how is he. He would go on walks by himself at certain hours of the day and come back for dinner after his adventure. A lovely lovely shop with lovely lovely dog.

Sono stata a Cortina a fine ottobre e abbiamo noleggiato le bici in questo negozio. Prezzi nella media. Proprietario del negozio estremamente gentile, ci ha dato tantissime informazioni utili e consigli. La sera, non vedendoci arrivare, con il buio e la pioggia ci ha chiamate preoccupato. Si è addirittura offerto per venirci a riprendere e portare in hotel.
Super consigliato! Spero di tornare presto a Cortina e tornerò sicuramente in questo negozio.

Hired skis and boots here. Very friendly owner with a lovely dog!
Skis and boots were both of good quality and rental prices were reasonable. Recommended!

スキーセットをレンタルしました。スタッフの方も親切丁寧でとても感じが良かったです。スキー板もブーツも良いです。
ロケーションも良く、巡回バスの停留所が店の前です。
次回もまたここでレンタル致しますね！
