Honestly, one of the best bike rental experiences I’ve had so far. Everything went smoothly and without any problems, the bike was in excellent condition, and it was clear that it was really well taken care of. The owner was very kind, friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful day riding around Lake Iseo and I would definitely choose this rental again. Highly recommended! 🚴‍♀️😊

I had a really great experience with this bike rental. I rented a Scott 930, and the bike was in excellent condition, worked perfectly without any issues, and was really enjoyable to ride. I also really appreciated the owner’s attitude — he was friendly, genuinely nice, and very helpful. The whole rental process was smooth and the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back again! 🚴‍♂️😊

I rented a Scott 930 here today and I have to say that I was really happy with the whole experience. The bike worked perfectly, was very reliable, felt like new, and I didn’t have a single problem with it throughout the whole day. A big advantage was also the second backup battery, which allowed me to ride around 95 km in one day.

I would especially like to mention the owner, who was extremely friendly, helpful and a really nice guy. When my battery completely ran out near the end of my trip, I still had about 3 km to go. The owner didn’t hesitate, came to pick me up on a scooter and helped me get back. You don’t see this kind of service very often. 🙌

The rental was also at a very reasonable price, and the price included a lock, phone holder and a small backpack, so I had everything I needed for the whole trip. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with both the bike and the service, and I can definitely recommend this rental shop. I’ll be happy to come back again in the future! 🚴‍♂️😊

This shop is owned by a big-hearted person who was very helpful, even outside of regular business hours. The bike was of excellent quality, and he even lent me a helmet, a phone mount, a lock, and a backpack since I hadn't brought anything with me. Cycling 96 km around the lake was an amazing experience for me. It was the best day of my vacation! I wish you many satisfied customers

great service!
I got an answer in 5 minutes and the bikes were ready in 10 minutes! good for people with dynamic plans:)

the bikes where amazing, good quality, amazing ride on them.
they advised a very nice route for us, picked the right bike and even shared the route via phone, so it was very easy to follow. they also advised a delicious restaurant at the top. the food was amazing. I really recommend.

they even drove with us to get out of town and show us the right way for the first km.
it would be hard without that.

Purtroppo Esperienza rovinata, evitabile da parte del proprietario con maggiore accortezza e professionalità, ma è chiaro che è poco avvezzo alle prassi professionali verso il cliente.

Parto dicendo che le bici che potete noleggiare qui vi permetteranno di fare percorsi stupendi nei dintorni,
e di fare giri davvero lunghi, in quanto se avete buona gamba il consumo della batteria è minimo. Potrete agilmente superare dislivelli davvero notevoli,
pur mantenendo ancora un'ottima capacità di autonomia. Le bici sono un po' acciaccate, ma in quanto le bici passano di mano in mano,
e non tutti i clienti hanno la cura che meritano, con i mezzi degli altri....

Se fino a qui era tutto ok non posso però accettare il comportamento da parte del proprietario, in quanto durante l'uscita ho ricevuto varie chiamate,
nella prima mi si faceva presente che se fossi tornato in negozio non era presente nessuno quindi non era possibile consegnare la bici,
Cosa che non va assolutamente bene, in negozio deve sempre e comunque essere presente qualcuno a disposizione dei clienti, non scherziamo.

Pattuito l'orario del rientro ore 18:00 credevo fossimo d'accordo.
Ad un'ora circa dal rientro ricevo ulteriore chiamata, nella quale il proprietario sollecita a rientrare.
Questa è mancanza di rispetto oltre che di professionalità, ho noleggiato le bici per l'intera giornata ed il cliente ha diritto di consegnarle all'orario di chiusura
non prima, come pattuito in precedenza, questo è inaccettabile, avendo disponibile ancora un'ora di noleggio che ho pagato.

Quando si paga per un servizio, ci si aspetta non solo un mezzo funzionante, ma anche educazione e rispetto per il tempo del cliente e non privo del necessario rigore lavorativo. Mi dispiace, ma per quanto mi riguarda non posso consigliare questo servizio, custom service inadeguato

Today we hired four e-bikes from Roberto and Luca - we had an absolutely fabulous day riding along the lakeside and riding around Monte Isola. The highlight was the special care and attention Roberto gave us to make sure we were on the right path with the right bikes - highly recommended- great service in a beautiful part of the world Grazie di cuore
