Haben super spontan angerufen, sie hatten alles da was wir brauchten.
Wir haben uns zwei Fulli E-Mountainbikes für diesen Tag ausgeliehen. Da wir einen Hund haben, bekamen wir dazu noch einen Hundeanhänger. Es wurde alles vom Händler montiert. Wir haben zwei Helme und eine Handyhalterung dazu erhalten. Die Fahrräder hätten wir für den ganzen Tag ausleihen können und etwas gewesen wäre, hätten wir jeder Zeit dort anrufen können und wir wären abgeholt worden. Die Abgabe der Bikes war sehr unproblematisch. Zu jeder Zeit haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt, sehr freundliches Personal.
Wir hatten einen super Tag und viele Erlebnisse durch diesen Verleih.

Abbiamo preso due bici ebike più carrellino per bimbo. Il primo giorno tutto ok, siamo andati fino al lago di Dobbiaco e poi al lago dopo. Il secondo giorno al lago di braies e poi volevamo andare a Prato Piazza ma la batteria è andata a zero a 1 km dall'arrivo. Il carrellino per bambini è ben fatto e comodo. Il sellino mtb è scomodo se non si ha il coprisella. Per il resto tutto bene 👍🏻

Buone le bici ma ogni extra lo paghi caro ( casco- coprisella - lucchetto), in più non ci hanno applicato lo sconto del 10% e questo ci ha indispettito, le bici non sono neanche assicurate , Occhio! Non ritorneremo ma andremo da altro noleggiatore

Super Service und kurzfristige Erledigung unserer Reparaturen zum top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten herausgerissene Speichen und gerissene Schaltzüge. Es wurde binnen weniger Stunden am gleichen Tag repariert. Hier kann man sein Bike ruhigen Gewissens reparieren lassen. Ein großes Lob an den erfahrenen Mechaniker 😀

Super well maintained bikes, well located and very very helpful. We rented 2 eBikes for the day with helmets, seat covers and a phone holder and spent around 4 hours cycling around the area. The bikes are very well cared for, no squeaky joints or loose brakes, everything was tightly wound and fully charged. The staff were also very helpful with recommendations. 10/10. Keep in mind it's a bicycle, not a Maybach, so come prepared for a true European cycling experience 😁

Schnelle unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Es wird auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Beim Route planen wurde sogar geholfen, da einige Strecken aktuell nicht befahrbar sind.

We hired two electric bikes, helmets, padded seat covers and a phone holder for our Google Maps with our guest passes, paying 93€ for the whole day, which is comparable to prices from other companies worldwide. (it is off season though) The service was outstanding, and the staff was friendly. The entire process was seamless. The bikes were very sturdy, easy to operate, and had long battery life. The staff member helped adjust our seats, ensuring a perfect ride. We rode at a leisurely pace, enjoying the amazing sights of the local villages and having a lovely lakeside lunch. The trails were in excellent condition, and the other bikers were courteous. The scenery was breathtaking, and the trails were well-marked. We used Google Maps to explore off-track occasionally. I highly recommend this company. Thanks for a great experience.
