Highly recommended SH bike rental. The guys there were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave us advise on some suitable family trials. One the best days we have had. The E bikes we hired were clean, in really good condition and performed perfectly.

Our family of 4 rented e-bikes for the day which they were able to accommodate without advanced reservations. The staff were very kind and helpful, taking time to show us recommended cycling routes and ensure we understood how to use the bikes. Prices appear to be fairly standard across all of Ortisei, helmets and insurance extra. I wish I had known in advance that renting for “one day” only included until 5pm that same day and not 24h, or else we would have considered renting by the hour as our full cycling routes only took 3-4hrs. Overall, fantastic day and had a positive experience with these rental bikes.

I came without a reservation, and the guys chose bikes for me and my partner. Everything was in perfect order. The brakes and gears work perfectly, and the battery is good for long uphill rides. The guys are very nice and helpful. The location is excellent. I highly recommend them!

Excellent e-mountainbikes. Good price/quality. It is possible to rent a bike for a few hours. Matteo (fluent in Dutch) and his colleagues know everything about bikefitting and know the local trails. Thanks guys and I’ll be back next year.

Best day we had the entire trip. The gentleman at the bike shop were so accommodating, fit both of our kids perfectly onto bikes and made sure that they knew how to use the E bike system. He even gave us a recommended route which differed slightly from our original plan but was definitely at the right move with two kids ages five and seven. This is the spot if you want the best biking experience in Alpe di suisi.
