BEST WAY TO EXPLORE THE DOLOMITES!! booked a private tour with Giorgio and he was so warm and friendly right from the start :) he was patient in explaining how to ride the bike, shared many tips and always prioritised our safety while having tons of fun! The views were BREATHTAKING and the restaurant he brought us to was sooo yummy too! Fun, easy-going and so so funny, definitely going down as one of our favourite memories of Italy!! 🧡

Giorgio was incredibly caring and attentive to our needs and skill level. We made an impromptu decision to go cycling, so we didn’t have much gear with us, but the shop provided us with additional equipment on top of the helmets.

He helped us fit what would normally be a three-day itinerary into a single day! He made sure we visited all the major attractions and even brought us to fantastic photo spots away from the crowds.

Giorgio is extremely knowledgeable about the area and was always happy to share insights along the way. If you’re visiting the Dolomites, I highly recommend coming to them. They are always ready to help and go above and beyond to ensure you have an amazing experience.

Top E-Bike Rent & Tour – 1/5 Stars

I am leaving this review for Top E-Bike Rent & Tour because it appears to be run by the same owner and uses the same website/online presence as Top Ski School, where my actual experience took place.

Last winter, during an interaction related to that business, I was spoken to in a threatening and completely unprofessional manner. That behavior alone is unacceptable and has permanently damaged my trust in any business connected to this owner.

The overlap between the companies (same webpage/links) makes it difficult to separate them, so I feel it’s important that potential customers are aware of this when choosing where to book.

I strongly encourage people to read the existing customer reviews carefully and make their own decision. Based on my experience, this is not someone I would feel comfortable doing business with.

Please choose carefully and stay safe.
