RENT HERE! What a great experience all around. Book online and save 10%. Location is 50M from the Piz Sorega cable car so incredibly convenient. We rented a locker for 4 Euros a day which held ski equipment for 2. Boot warmers in the lockers makes every an easy start. Best of all was the staff who fitted us “perfectly”. Thanks to Alex and others for all your help. There is also an easy to access to a clean bathroom right at the locker room.

We wanted to spend a day of our Dolomites trip cycling, and this rental shop was the perfect choice. The bikes were top-notch, so good it’ll be hard to go back to our own at home! We completed our most challenging mountain bike route ever, with breathtaking views above 2000m. A big thank you to Alex, who patiently explained all the local routes, helped us solve a technical issue before starting, and even gave us a discount. Highly recommended - we’d definitely return if we’re ever in the area again.

Amazing service and bikes!
We rented 2 mountain e-bikes for two days to explore the area. Equipment was in excellent state, nothing to add here. But what impressed us the most was the service! It was our very first time mountain biking and staff (Alex and Kevin) gave us a tons of recommendations on the possible routes. On our second day we took a rather difficult route, we could not make it on time before closing hours and shop owner picked us up miles away from the shop and drove back to San Cassiano.

Nadat we een uur hadden gereden naar dit skigebied vanuit Gitschberg Jochtal waren mijn skischoenen zo koud geworden dat deze met geen mogelijkheid aangetrokken konden worden. In eerste instantie kwamen we naar deze skiverhuur om andere schoenen te huren, zodat we aan onze ski dag konden beginnen. Maar de vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerker stelde voor om de schoenen eerst te laten opwarmen. Hiermee is hij zeker 15 minuten bezig geweest, maar wel met succes. Tegelijkertijd was het contact zeer aangenaam en gaf hij meer informatie over de werking van kou op schoenen. Uiteindelijk met opgewarmde schoenen en warme voeten konden we op pad. We hebben niet hoeven betalen voor de service die hij ons heeft verleend. 'ik wil gewoon dat jullie een mooie dag hebben in dit gebied' zei hij.Verder zag de zaak er fantastisch uit. Ik zou deze plek aanbevelen. Vriendelijke en oprechte service met kundig personeel. Visite kaartje voor het gebied. Bedankt voor je hulp (we weten je naam niet). Door jou is onze dag een stuk relaxter gestart als dat het in eerste instantie leek te gaan verlopen.

Negozio con prezzi esorbitanti. Ho noleggiato un paio di sci e bastoncini (senza scarponi, casco, ecc. perché già fornito) specificando al check-in che il mio livello di sciatore è intermedio e ho pagato ben 39€. Un prezzo molto più alto, quasi il doppio, rispetto ad altri posti in Alto Adige. Sconsigliato.

The best rental experience I have ever had. Great selection of top brands of skis and everything seems new. Most modern rental shop I've ever seen and the staff are extremely professional. And it's right next to the parking lot and the gondola. Highly recommended.

Purtroppo non posso lasciare una valutazione positiva di questo negozio. Ben organizzato, peccato aver noleggiato anche le racchette di cui una delle due si è rotta in un tratto in leggera salita e fin qui ci sta, può succedere.
Successo questo alle 14 quindi con ancora 2 ore e mezza di apertura impianti, vado al noleggio per farmela cambiare e poter terminare la mia giornata di sci, quando mi viene risposto dal commesso che avrei dovuto pagare 25 euro per la racchetta usata e rotta per un evidente fallo dovuto alla scarsa manutenzione o alla vecchiaia del prodotto.
Quindi oltre al danno pure la beffa.
