Alugamos duas bicicletas elétricas, o que deixou nosso passeio ainda melhor. O Luís foi extremamente gentil ao nos oferecer a melhor bike, mesmo termos pago por uma de valor inferior. Ele também nos deu ótimas dicas para chegar à ciclovia e para circular pela cidade, além de permitir que estacionássemos no parque privado, o que nos deixou muito mais tranquilas durante o passeio.
Um atendimento realmente excepcional!

Para quem estiver pensando em alugar, deixo um conselho: o caminho até a ciclovia tem muitas subidas, então optar por uma bike elétrica faz toda a diferença. Vale muito a pena pagar um pouco a mais pelo conforto e pela experiência do passeio.

We are a couple and two children 4 and 8 years old, we arrived today, we rented 3 electric bikes and got a seat for the little boy through Carla, she was very nice and gave us amazing service.. The bike route was lovely, we rode along the beach, the route is safe and very beautiful.

We arrived in Limone and wanted to hire a bike to go to the famous bike path from Limone towards Riva. Carla was very friendly, after her tips we decided to hire the e-bike MTB and go to a long ride up mountain to Passo Nota. The bikes were in really good condition and super powerful to to all the way up. We definitely recommend the company, specially because of the staff who spoke multiple languages(Portuguese, Italian, English and others. They are big, a lot of different models ready to be rented in the heart of Limone.

English nationals, wanting to visit Riva Del Garda from Limone Sul Garda, we rented the bikes for 4 hours, and it was the most beautiful excursion we’ve ever done in any country!

Guter Service Taxi wurde gerufen. Gute MTB Fahrräder ABER wenn man mitten auf den schönen Routen die man hier fahren kann einen Platten bekommt was ja nicht schlimm ist die Reparatursets an unseren 3 von 4 Biks ja vorhanden waren überhaupt nicht passen ist das ein Armutszeugnis.

So etwas darf nicht sein !

Falsche Ersatzschläuche (Ventil zu groß ), Luftpumpen eingerostes bzw. Funktion für französische Ventile nicht geeignet / KEIN Imbusschlüssel zur Demontage des platten Vorderrades.

Also GANZ WICHTIG vor Fahrtantritt ALLES kontrollieren wenn man nicht das Fahrrad über einige km wo kein Fahrzeug einen abholen kann schieben möchte.

Thank you very much for your feedback and for your kind words about our new mountain bikes. We’re truly sorry for what happened and understand how frustrating it can be to get a flat tire, especially in such a remote area in the mountains.

As soon as we were informed, we sent a rescue vehicle to assist you. Unfortunately, as you mentioned, some mountain paths are not accessible by car, and this was exactly the case. That’s why we always recommend moving, whenever possible, to a nearby point where we can safely reach you.

Each of our bikes is equipped with tubes and accessories specific to that model, and all our pumps work with both Schrader (auto) and Presta (French) valves. However, we will carefully check all the repair kits and tools mentioned to make sure everything is in perfect condition.

We really appreciate your feedback, it helps us improve our service every day. You’re always welcome at our shop, and we hope to see you again here in Limone!

Wypożyczyliśmy dzisiaj dwa rowery E-citybike, tylko po to aby przejechać podwieszaną ścieżkę rowerową w stronę Rivy i z powrotem. Niestety stan rowerów pozostawiał wiele do życzenia, były zużyte i „luźne”. Trzeba było cały czas trzymać kierownicę bardzo mocno, w przeciwnym razie rowery jechały od lewej do prawej. Kiedy przez chwilę jedną ręką puściłam kierownicę, po prostu się przewróciłam. W drugim rowerze podczas jazdy spadł łańcuch, dzwonki w obu rowerach praktycznie nie oddawały dźwięku. Nie wiem jak inne rowery, ale e-citybike odradzam

Thank you for your feedback and we are truly sorry for your experience. Just to clarify, the suspended cycle path begins and ends in Limone – unfortunately, it does not go to Riva.

We have more than 200 bikes available, and if from the very beginning you did not feel safe or comfortable, the best choice would have been to return and change the bike, instead of continuing an unpleasant ride. We always encourage this, as we also offer other models such as KTM E-Trekking and KTM Mountain Bikes. These bikes are brand new, with central motor and battery, which make them more stable. They cost a little more, but there is a reason for that – the central system provides much greater balance and safety, while the E-Citybike has all the weight on the rear, which may have made you feel less comfortable.

As friendly advice for your safety: on this path, with steep climbs and descents, it is very important to always keep both hands on the handlebar. Riding with one hand, especially if you already feel unstable, can be dangerous.

We are truly sorry your ride was not as enjoyable as it should have been, and we hope that next time you choose to change the bike right away so you can fully enjoy the experience here in Limone.

Bardzo dobra wypożyczalnia rowerów. Świetna i miła obsługa znajdą się na rzeczy. Potrafią dobrze dobrać rower. Rowery w bardzo dobrym stanie technicznym. Wypozyczylismy dwa razy rowery i nie było żadnego problemu. Dziękujemy że mogliśmy skorzystać z państwa wypożyczalni. Polecam serdecznie.

Super wypożyczalnia, miła obsługa. Zaczynają od 9.00 ale przed 9 też już da się wypożyczyć💗 15 euro za 2 godziny w zupełności wystarczy na przejazd w dwie strony. Od parkingu przy plaży w Limone trzeba przez centrum trochę przejść pieszo bo zakaz jazdy rowerem
