Great experience! The bikes were perfect and top quality. Paolo and Alex were flexible with pick up and drop off, friendly, and helped with a couple of beautiful recommendations for routes. Professional level bikes but they were so nice that it felt like borrowing a bike from a friend.

They got me dialed in super fast when the tram for bikes was leaving in 15 min. I rented the e-bike and had a great time on the red trail, although there wasn't much single track it's still beautiful. If you hop the ferry back to malcesine no need for an e-bike but I was on a time crunch so I went for the guaranteed return time

We rented 10 electric mountain bikes from Paulo. We come here every year and the location for the gondola is so close. The bikes were in excellent condition and great battery condition. Paulo and his team adjust and check the bikes well and are excellent guys. I would thoroughly recommend.

Wir mieteten zwei Gravelbikes und zwei Mountainbikes, die problemlos direkt zu unserem Hotel geliefert wurden, sodass wir morgens gleich losfahren konnten (da wir nicht direkt in Malcesine wohnten). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und freundlich und spricht gut Deutsch und Englisch, die Kommunikation verlief also problemlos. Die Fahrräder waren in gutem Zustand; in den zwei Tagen sind wir etwas mehr als 100 km rund um den Gardasee gefahren.

Rented 4 electric mountain bikes on Saturday. They were absolute top of the range and very decent value for a day’s hire. Owner was fantastic snd provided great advice for our route. Great shop and will certainly be back.
