Anabella was very helpful and rent us two beautiful and efficient Italian road bikes. On my De Rosa, I had no trouble completing the Gran Fondo Il Lombardia with Muro Di Sormano and Madonna del Ghissalo on the route.
The price was fair, and the entire rental process was straightforward and quick.

Annabella led us on a magical ride around Lake Lugano in late September. It was more than we could’ve ever asked for. She is a thoughtful and informative guide and we really felt like we saw the countryside, the lake and the back roads of this beautiful area. I cannot recommend Annabella highly enough! Wonderful ride to Lake Lugano with Annabella. She was great, willing to accommodate us when weather became unpredictable and rainy during our original appointment. Bicycles are excellent condition and she was able to pick us up in Como. Could not ask for more. Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant experience overall with Rent Bike Como City. The shop owners were very accommodating, and the bikes themselves were high-quality and well-maintained for riding.

Unfortunately, our experience was tinted by Annabella wrongfully claiming that I had damaged the bike. Thankfully, I had taken a photo of the bike immediately after receiving it, which clearly showed that the scratches were already there before we rode. This evidence proved that I did not cause the damage.

I want to warn other cyclists to always take detailed photos of the bike and carefully inspect it before riding. While the shop is otherwise professional, this incident left us with a disappointing end to what could have been a perfect rental experience.

I'm from Sicily and last week I rented a beautiful DeRosa road bike from Anna to ride the whole perimeter of lake Como (170km). It was a little challenge I had in mind for a while.
Since the get go Anna was very kind and professional asking all the details to give me the right bike (bike size, saddle height, crankset and stem length etc..). When I got there Anna and her brother were very friendly and they took time to set me on the bike properly. What followed was a truly beautiful day riding along the lake coast.
I'm considering to come back for other rides in this area and I have no doubt that I will chose Anna again and again, absolutely recommended. Thank you Anna!

Annabella is just Great. I am not sure but I guess they just opened for me today. I got a very nice Merida prepared. I was not sure about the size but the team really was super patient and let me test some setups. I got some Tour Tipps on top and overall price was just fine. The endurance geometry of the Merida was just perfect for me as I am not a pro cyclist. Thy prepared the pedals for
My shoes, had a garmin holder and some repair stuff which I did not need. Also two bottle cages and a pump. Drop off of the bike is super easy with a stand where you just lock it. When I am in the area again I will definitely rent here again. This shop is super nice. Grazie Annabella 🙏

My colleagues and I had a fantastic day on the bike with Annabella in a wonderful environment. Como offers challenging climbs and long descents, inside Switzerland the terrain is more rolling. A dream for a cyclist. The area pulsates with cycling spirit.

Annabella is a responsive person who organizes bike tours that suit your conditions. She adapts the length during the tour and knows the area incredibly well. Around her there is a very professional team who takes care of you and offers nice bikes that are well serviced and properly adjusted.
