Bei Abholung vor Ort unbedingt genaue Foto's vom Rad machen !!!
Wir haben uns 6 E-Bikes ausgeliehen. Reservierung ging online reibungslos.
👍Die Fahrräder waren alle Tipptopp 👍. Neuwertig und in sehr gutem Zustand.
🙁Negativ war die Rückgabe.
Bei meinem Rad wurde ein Kratzer am Kettenschutz festgestellt & ich gefragt, ob ich hingefallen wäre.
Nein, bin ich nicht und es wurde diskutiert.
Zum Glück hatte ich (Bilder waren eigentlich für meine Bewertung hier gedacht) genaue Bilder von den Rädern gemacht. Man sieht die kleine weiße Stelle auf dem Foto bei Abholung um 10:47 Uhr....

We had a perfect afternoon cycling around the region, thanks to the excellent service from Rent Your Bike. From the start, the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful – he gave us a great introduction to the e-bikes and suggested some beautiful local tour routes, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

When we had an issue with our car (a flat tyre), we were running late, but the owner came to pick us up without hesitation. He even introduced us to a local garage where we could get the tyre fixed while we went on our bike tour. His help with translation and his kindness really made a big difference.

As tourists, it's not always easy to handle these kinds of situations, so it was truly heartwarming to receive such uncomplicated and genuine support from a local. We also noticed that people in the region are generally incredibly welcoming and kind – it made our trip even more special.

We’re very grateful and would definitely choose Rent Your Bike again. Highly recommended!

Positiv: Der Kontakt und die Reservierung per WhatsApp waren sehr angenehm. Das Fahrrad meiner Partnerin passte einwandfrei. Helm und Halterung für das Handy gab es auf Anfrage hinzu.

Negativ: Ich hatte dem Fahrradverleih vorab mitgeteilt, dass ich 1.90m groß bin. Vor Ort wurde mir dann ein Fahrrad zugeteilt, was eine geschätzte Rahmenhöhe 45cm hatte, viel zu klein. Da ich dies bemängelte, wurde mir ein anderes Fahrrad zugewiesen, was super passte. Dies sollte nun plötzlich aber 10€ mehr kosten, weil es ein neues Fahrrad sei. Sehr merkwürdig, aber ich habe es akzeptiert. Was aber absolut inakzeptabel ist ist, dass sich nach einigen Kilometern das Lenkrad gelöst hat, es war anscheinend nicht richtig montiert worden. Vor allem bei Abfahrten in der Langhe absolut lebensgefährlich (!). Als ich den Mangel bei der Abgabe ansprach, hat man sich nicht etwa bei uns entschuldigt oder gar kulantes Angebot gemacht, sondern gefragt, warum ich den nicht angerufen hätte und darauf hingewiesen, ich sei ja 45 Kilometer mit dem Rad gefahren. Auf die plötzliche Preiserhöhung ging man dann in der Folge gar nicht mehr ein.

We had an amazing e-Mountainbike tour in the Barolo area with Gabriele. He is very knowledgeable and it was super interesting to listen to him. He adapted the trip according to our wishes and therefore most paths were off-road and through the beautiful vineyards. The bikes were in good conditions. Consigliatissimo. Bici valide (abbiamo percorso 61 km tra saliscendi e sterrati) e la batteria di entrambe ha tenuto benissimo. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Proprietari cordiali e attenti. Posizione favorevole a percorsi con diversi gradi di difficoltà. Esperienza assolutamente positiva.

Wir haben eine wunderbare E-Bike Velotour erlebt. Wir fuhren knapp 50 km durch die wunderschöne Landschaft, von La Morra über Barolo, Serralunga, Novello zurück nach Castiglione Falletto. Die Bikes waren in einem top Zustand und die Abwicklung völlig unkompliziert und freundlich.
Wir können Rent a Bike nur weiter empfehlen.

Con Rent your bike sono riuscita a fare un bellissimo percorso di 34 km nelle Langhe.
Siamo partiti dal Galo e abbiamo visitato la cantina di Manzone, dopo abbiamo fatto uno stop a Monforte e pranzo a Barolo, café e gelato a Novello e abbiamo continuato la pedalata fino alla Morra per goderci la vista e fare un aperitivo.
L’informazione che ci hanno dato è stata super utile. La bici ottima e il servizio spettacolare.
Grazie per averci permesso di girare in bici su questi bellissimi posti.

The bikes are ok, a bike rusty and very noisy brake but fine. The insurance you have to sign for EUR2,000 is much more than the bike though. One lady working there is very kind on e-mail, but the gentleman I had a bad experience with if you don't pay in cash. I guess that's Italy.

Fabulous e-MountainBikes with great paths close to the rental location. Alessandro was super kind and helpful. Great prices as well. The shop also sells all sorts of wonderful local delicacies and offers wine tasting from the family’s vineyards.

We rented four city bikes for two days. The bikes were fine and as one would expect. Therefore two stars. But the service was disappointing. We asked to use their bike pick up service (as advertised on their website), and they accepted after some consideration. We paid for the service up front.
Just prior to the agreed pick up time we received a SMS telling us to deliver the bikes ourselves, as it was too difficult for them to do (the agreed pick up was 6 km from their business address). After some discussion they agreed still to do the pick up themselves, but at a different time (the next day).
Even here they showed up more than 30 minutes late.

Generally all communication was unhelpful from first to last. For the price we paid for the bikes we expected just a little service and not to feel unwelcome.

We don’t give our best recommendations, although the bikes were decent.

EDIT: after being harassed on SMS by the owners for this review, we removed the stars given. We no longer give any recommendations of this place.

Ottima posizione di partenza per girare la langhe in bici. I gestori del noleggio sono persone alla mano, gentilissime. Noi abbiamo noleggiato due city e-bike. Per girare le langhe sono meglio le mountain e-bike. Hanno più spinta in salita. Comunque il nostro giro è andato bene. Sulla via del ritorno ad una delle due bici è caduta la catena. Ho chiamato Stefano(se ricordo bene il nome) e in 10 minuti sono arrivati a cambiarci bici. Dandoci una mountain bike abbiamo scoperto che è più adatta. Il prezzo giornaliero è nella media con gli altri noleggiatori. Prenotate in anticipo sempre.

Abbiamo prenotato city bike specificando di bassa altezza e per persone non più giovani.al nostro arrivo city bike troppo alta e vecchia e mountain bike vecchia e alta.
Ha richiesto ugualmente pagamento intero!
Molto scortese.

Rent Your Bike was absolutely amazing. Their prices were low, their service was wonderful, and their bikes were in great condition. It was easy to make a reservation on their website. We arrived at their shop much later than planned, but they were there waiting with our bikes and even stayed open late so we could have some extra time at the end. They have both ebikes and regular bikes. I'm a slower rider than the rest of my family so I got an ebike and the rest of the family got regular bikes. This worked out perfectly because it was easy to stick together on our ride. The ride itself was spectacular - castles, rolling hills, grape vines. I highly recommend Rent Your Bike!

My wife and I have visited this beautiful region a few times now, and renting bikes from 'Rent Your Bike' made this trip by far the most enjoyable of our visits! The bikes we rented were extremely high quality, Alessandro made great recommendations for our journey, and prices were excellent! We will definitely come back with friends to rent again experience wine country the way it should be visited!
