Google I rented a carbon road bike for a weekend. Communication and pickup went smoothly. Bringing back the bike during closing hours was also not a problem. The bike shop was very friendly and helpful with any questions in general.

Google Bei Abholung vor Ort unbedingt genaue Foto's vom Rad machen !!!
Wir haben uns 6 E-Bikes ausgeliehen. Reservierung ging online reibungslos.
Dear Customer,
we actually can't recall right now what happened exactly and when (we don't even know the name in which the reservation was placed...).
However, any time we report an issue with a bike after it has been returned by the customer, it is because we have noticed some sign that was not there before (i.e. scratches, etc.) and we have to make sure that it has not been caused by the customer. So, we just ask the customer whether something happened.
Unfortunately, it is not infrequent that bikes users damage our bikes/equipment without advising nor taking responsibility for it, and hoping we won't realize it immediately. This is why we always have to be on alert.

Google We had a perfect afternoon cycling around the region, thanks to the excellent service from Rent Your Bike. From the start, the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful – he gave us a great introduction to the e-bikes and suggested some beautiful local tour routes, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
When we had an issue with our car (a flat tyre), we were running late, but the owner came to pick us up without hesitation. He even introduced us to a local garage where we could get the tyre fixed while we went on our bike tour. His help with translation and his kindness really made a big difference.
As tourists, it's not always easy to handle these kinds of situations, so it was truly heartwarming to receive such uncomplicated and genuine support from a local. We also noticed that people in the region are generally incredibly welcoming and kind – it made our trip even more special.
We’re very grateful and would definitely choose Rent Your Bike again. Highly recommended!

Google We had an amazing e-Mountainbike tour in the Barolo area with Gabriele. He is very knowledgeable and it was super interesting to listen to him. He adapted the trip according to our wishes and therefore most paths were off-road and through the beautiful vineyards. The bikes were in good conditions. I can strongly recommend booking a tour with Gabriele
Risposta del proprietario:
