Hi Alfred,

Thank you so much for the 100% awesome review! You were an absolute champion out there. Handling those rocky, technical sections in great style made for a truly epic and adventurous mountain biking day!

As you experienced, our main goal is to listen to our clients and completely tailor the ride to their skills and desires. While we love unleashing some adrenaline on challenging trails for riders like you, we also guide many groups on smooth, peaceful gravel roads through olive groves and vineyards without steep sections. Safety and personal enjoyment always come first!

Thanks for pushing the limits with us, You're welcome back anytime for another off-the-beaten-path adventure!

Best regards,
Marco and the Leonardo Da Vinci Bike Tour Team

Hi Jasper, thank you so much for the 5-star review! 🚴‍♂️

We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the custom GPS route and had a great time hitting the trails. It's awesome that the shop's location made it so quick for you to reach the trailhead!

Thank you also for noting the tip about reserving non-electric mountain bikes in advance—that’s really helpful advice for future riders.

Hope to see you back for another ride soon!

Hi Joe,
Thank you so much for this amazing and detailed review!
I have to say, you and your partner were the absolute stars of the day. Facing a flat tire deep in the woods with no prior experience is no joke, but your positive attitude and teamwork were incredible. You followed the instructions perfectly and tackled the challenge like real pros—I’m seriously impressed!
Don't worry at all about the extra time; the most important thing for me was making sure you were safe and able to enjoy the rest of your ride. You earned that "new skill" badge with honors! 🏅
Thank you for being such wonderful and resilient customers. You are welcome back to Da Vinci Bike Hire anytime. Safe travels!
Best regards,
Marco

Ciao Joe,

Buon viaggio!

Cordiali saluti,

Marco
