Our Walking tour with Raffaello was FANTASTIC! We really appreciated how deep his knowledge is in the history of Florence and explaining the stories behind all of the buildings that we were passing by everyday and had no clue. We now feel like we have something very special to take away from our trip to Florence. He was a wonderful guide and EXACTLY what we were hoping for when we signed up for the tour. Thank you so much and we hope to do another tour when we come back to Florence again!

This was the best tour of our Italian vacation! It was so fun working to find the hidden treasures and exploring Florence. The guide (Julia) was incredible with our family. She made learning fun and adventurous. We loved seeing our son's face light up each step of the way. They were also very accommodating of our schedule. We even got a souvenir for a successful finish. 10/10.

I have to say, our tour guide was amazing. She really did a great job. It was informative and we even stopped for ice cream. However, and all of beyond her control, the equipment didn’t meet standards. Of the 7 of us one saddle completely fell off, my chain came off the bike and another saddle pointed upwards. Just needs some attention to detail.

This place blew me away with their kindness and service. Julia made this whole experience special. The day of tour my husband lost his wallet and she actually urged us to go find it and will reschedule us for the next day. I have never had a tour company so generous and forgiving of changes. The day of our tour was raining and freezing but Julia was full of energy. She knew when the kids needed food and a break and recommended a local gelato shop. The kids loved her generosity and kindness. Thank you
