Im Herbst 24, auf der Durchreise nach Napoli, haben wir in diesem Bijou übernachtet. Zufälligerweise fand ganz in der Nähe ein Trüffel-Fest statt, wo Claudio und sehr wahrscheinlich Alle vom Dorf dort gearbeitet haben, den die Stimmung war sehr Familiär. Obwohl alle Tische längst reserviert waren, hat Claudio und rein geschleust. Alle Gerichte waren mit feinstem Trüffel und unsere Auswahl war himmlisch.
Am nächsten Morgen hat Claudio ein liebevolles Frühstück gemacht mit vielseitiger Auswahl. Wir waren so begeistert vom Ort und dem Erlebten, dass wir irgendwann wieder hin wollen.

The host is very nice. The location is fantastic. It's such a hidden gem. Right on the river, and you can actually walk across the river on low tide!

Rooms are small, but you're not here for the room size. You're here for a jumping off point for Florence. Worry not! There's AC in your room.

The backyard is lovely. Theres a couple hammocks, big thick leafy trees providing shade for the entire yard, views of the river.

Here's the best part: the breakfast. I've stayed in 5 star hotels and none of them matched up to the thoughtfulness put behind the breakfast served here.

Worst part? Mosquitoes. They are merciless! That is the price you pay for trying to enjoy summer.

A tranquil oasis on the Arno River – our stay at B&B La Martellina was truly special! The location is idyllic, with beautiful gardens leading right down to the water's edge. Beautiful stay. Would totally recommend to anyone who wants a couple of relaxed days in an off road environment surrounded by nature. Claudio was súper helpful and the breakfast was amazing. Very close to Florence city as well, it is super easy to take the bus an be there in minutes. We already want to go back!

Accueil parfait et présence discrète du patron des lieux.
Dommage que la piscine, pourtant inscrite au catalogue, ait été inutilisable!
Dommage aussi que le fleuve bordant l'établissement et visible sur les photos soit en fait un étang stagnant depuis les travaux du barrage...
Dommage, enfin, que l'insonorisation de notre chambre soit inexistante: un espace vide entre mur et plancher donnant directement dans les espace commun laissait entendre toutes les conversations et les bruits...
À part ça, même si je ne choisirai plus ce lieu, je dois reconnaître que le propriétaire est une personne très agréable et intéressante, que la présence de son chien et de ses chats n'a pas dérangé notre séjour et que le petit déjeuner est de qualité.

Einfach nur Wow! Eine absolute einzigartige Unterkunft, die liebevoll geführt wird. Sollte man in Florenz sein, ist es eine tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten. Man erreicht die Unterkunft super mit dem Bus und ist innerhalb von einer halben Stunde im Zentrum von Florenz. Jedes Zimmer ist ein Highlight für sich. Das Frühstück ist der Wahnsinn. Es gibt viele, kleine italienische Leckereien, die alle frisch zubereitet sind. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Had a fantastic stay at Claudio’s b&b. He’s a one man show and does it very well. This stay has encouraged me to look for similar b&bs in my next travel destinations.
When you’re on the property you would have no idea a city is near by, but still get the luxury of all Florence has to offer within a 30 minute bus ride. Couldn’t recommend it more

Buonasera prenotazione fatta a Marzo per il 6 settembre,faccio un primo contatto telefonico a maggio per avere conferma mi risponde si tutto ok con battuta spiritosa (avoglia da qui a settembre) da li nessun altra notizia,mi preparo per la partenza 3 giorni prima mia figlia per scrupolo chiama la struttura che dice di aver annullato tutte le prenotazioni ma senza avvisare.Quindi io sarei partito arrivando li nessuna prenotazione mi sarei trovato a non saper dove andare non mi sembra una cosa corretta.

What a beautiful experience. We stayed at Claudio’s place for 4 day visit to Florence. He was an amazing host. Our room was perfect. We stayed in the large room (Two windows above outside dining table in pics) Nice breeze from the river and open windows kept us cool at night. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was perfect. We enjoyed visiting with Claudio. His dog, Daisy and the 2 cats were a fun added addition. Short walk to the bus stop and a relaxing break from the city. We also were able to enjoy the company of other guests- making new friends and we cooked an evening meal together using the grill. Absolutely would stay again.

Wir waren im Juni für 2 Nächte bei Claudio. Die Unterkunft wurde uns empfohlen, als wir in unserer eigentlich gebuchten Unterkunft aufgrund eines Wasserschadens nicht schlafen konnten. Besonders gefallen hat uns das Frühstück im Garten der Unterkunft. Mit der Buslinie 14 konnten wir preiswert und komfortabel Florenz erkunden.
