I've rented from this store twice now and both times have been nothing short of exceptional. New models are always available to rent for a fair price, communication is exceptional, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Both times i've rented I've received a new Tarmac SL8 with SRAM Rival 11s, DT Swiss wheels, S-Works tires, etc. all super high quality.

Store employee drove ONE HOUR EACH WAY to bring me a part for the bike that I needed- that's the kind of above-and-beyond-service they give.

Please don't make the mistake of going somewhere else to rent a very high quality racing bike to climb the Alps. Thank you so much Lake Bike Como <3

Extraordinaire expérience en sorti VTT entre copains pour un EVG.
Nous avons fait une boucle de presque 50km dans les montagnes avec des passages adaptés à nos demandes (pas toujours facile).
L’équipe est très sympa et a l’écoute.
Des vélos à assistance électrique très haut de gamme et récent.

I rented a bike here to ride around Lake Como. They kindly assisted me outside of opening hours, and everything was smooth and fast. A preparation kit was also provided as part of the rental. Thank you for your kindness, the high-quality service, and the bike!

Świetna obsługa! Bardzo pomocni, otwarci, uprzejmi. Wszystkie dodatkowe elementy (kaski, zapięcia do rowerów, uchwyt na telefon) w cenie!

Sylvia was so accommodating and the rental bike I got was a high quality bike that was smooth and comfortable..comes with a bike lock, helmet and phone holder. Highly recommended.

2x hybrid ebike and 2x road bike booked well in advance and rider heights provided.

Shop door sign has opening at 0930, member staff turned up at 1000, wasting half and hour of our day.

e bikes not cleaned since previous hire.

One e bike battery failed to work in shop- replaced with a filthy, muddy mountain bike, the motor of which subsequently failed half way up the Madonna Del Ghisallo climb spoiling our day.

One road bike had a dead electric front derailleur battery-thankfully picked up by us, in the shop

Second road bike too big-had to use the shop lady's own bike as no other bike of appropriate size.

The member of staff did her best for us and we got the feeling she was not supported by the owner/management-this was not her fault but the signs of a shambles of a bike hire shop. She was struggling to cope with the numbers of customers in the shop at the beginning and end of the day- insufficient staff .

We wasted an hour in the shop at the start and then a further 20 minutes at the end when she tried to contact her manager/owner to enquire regarding our demands for a refund for the failed mountain bike (at the least ) , the manager /owner seemed reluctant to attend . Thus we left without a refund , having wasted more of our day.

Avoid this shambolic mess of a hire shop and its inadequately maintained bikes !!!! We certainly won't be back !

Absolutely great bike rental! The bikes are top quality – perfect for serious rides. Everything can be arranged easily and in a relaxed way, even outside of the official opening hours. You don’t need to bring tons of your own gear – they’ve got everything you need. If you're looking for high-quality equipment and a smooth experience, this is the best rental place in the area. Highly recommend!
