Fairer Preis, Fahrräder waren i.O.
Leider ist uns die Kette abgesprungen, als wir nur einen Gang runtergeschaltet haben.
Wir haben dies beim Verleih gemeldet.
Es folgte eine Diskussion mit dem Händler. Im Endeffekt mussten wir bezahlen. Zum Glück ein Versicherungsfall!
Leider auch keine Kommunikation möglich aufgrund fehlender Englisch Kenntnisse.

Portata la ruota della bicicletta per centratura giovedì. Mi è stato detto che erano pieni, di lasciarla e la sistemava per lunedì. Torno Lunedì e dice che si è dimenticato, gli chiedo se può farla subito considerata la "gaffe", a detta sua, o se la devo riprendere, risposta "portala via vai.."
Poco da aggiungere, non meriterebbe neanche una stella.

Rotta la catena a 8km di distanza, altri ciclisti mi hanno consigliato di andare lí. Nonostante l’enorme mole di lavoro in pochi minuti mi hanno riparato la catena permettendomi di poter tornare a casa! Grazie mille mi avete salvato!!

We rented two pairs of gravel bikes for the Tuscany Trail ride, ~450 km ride mostly on gravel and dirt roads. We got BRAND NEW bikes with full SRAM gear. Riccardo, the mechanic, setup the bike for us. I’ve exchanged few emails with him prior to the rental and he didn’t even ask for a security deposit and offered to deliver the bikes to us at the hotel. An amazing customer experience. When we arrive at the store for the pickup he helped us setting up everything, changed pedals based on our request, helped with putting the garmin and phone holders and made sure the bikes are tuned. One thing which was really awesome was that one of the bikes had a defected break (oil leak) which we discovered only after 50 km into the ride. We stopped to get the break fixed / replaced in another bike store far away, and the cost was 300 euro. Riccardo immediately told me to go for it and have it fixed and he will refund me the 300e. When I got back to the store I just received the money back, no questions asked. Rather than that the bikes took on the trail with no issues, they were great. And it was so good to know we have someone we can trust with any problem. I highly recommend to rent from Ciclo Sport and also buy anything you need for the ride.

Lieber Riccardo oder Fabrizio (erinnere mich leider nicht mehr an deinen Namen 😅) herzlichen Dank für die rasche und total unkomplizierte Hilfe mit unseren Fahrrädern. Abholung beim Camping und am selben Nachmittag wieder alles zurück und auch gleich am Platz alle Probleme behoben! So einen Service haben wir noch NIE erlebt! Grazie di cuore! Anja & Franziska
