Ho acquistato una victrip t6 e mi sono trovato malissimo perché ancora dopo 4 mesi non mi spediscono un accessorio che mancava nella spedizione, dopo svariate telefonate mi dicono di scrivere su whatsapp ma senza avere nessun riscontro. Da premettere che la bici l’ho acquistata di colore grigio e mi è arrivata di colore verde.

Ich habe mir das Aniioki A8 Pro Max bestellt und bin absolut begeistert!Der Aufbau war super schnell und unkompliziert erledigt. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich klasse – besonders die Blinker und das ganze mitgelieferte Zubehör machen im Alltag richtig was her.Die erste Fahrt war anfangs noch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber schon nach der ersten richtigen Fahrradtour hatte ich mich komplett an das Fahrgefühl gewöhnt. Mittlerweile habe ich heute die ersten 100 km vollgepackt und die Fahrt war einfach nur super. Die Qualität des Bikes ist spürbar hoch – dieses E-Bike ist jeden einzelnen Cent wert!Ein großes Lob geht auch an den Service von Eagsbike: Auf Fragen wird extrem schnell geantwortet und der Versand verlief absolut zügig und reibungslos.Für mich steht fest: Nächstes Jahr steht der Kauf meines zweiten E-Bikes an, und das werde ich definitiv wieder gerne bei euch bestellen! Prima di acquistare ho guardato le recensioni. Certe positive e certe negative. Ho acquistato una fat bike.. e devo dire che e arrivata intatta e senza strisci o problemi per ora.. venditore disponibile. Per la spedizione purtroppo ho avuto qualche problema, non per causa del venditore ma per causa de corriere che fatalita la settimana scorsa ha scioperato, e quindi si sono allungati un po i tempi, ma per il resto tutto bene.. consiglio..

still haven't received my parts, I ordered before NY and paid $60 for shipping..which costed more than the parts. the receipt amount didn't match the final amount.
they took my money very quickly but took a week to send it to fedex...now there's an issue with Fedex...I'll update when I get my package. they are trying to say its fedexs fault when in reality they messed up from day 1.
Update- Still havent received what a paid for. I've been patient. I've been asking for my refund and they will not give it to me claiming they need to wait for FedEx. Ive been asking for a refund for a week. Its the 26th now they are saying I'll get products or a refund after I've clearly been asking for my money back. Its now in visa and paypals hands, I had to dispute the charge because they would not refund me. Now they claim its me who has locked the funds therefore they can't refund me. lol. This should all be VERY TELLING on the type of business owners I'm dealing with. Lies, no accountability, blaming the customer, blaming fedex, I have so much proof to show who ever is running that place is incompetent. I might add more photos we will see. *update 2/10, finally my refund is processing. I had to dispute the charge and make visa/paypal get my money back. Unfortunately I had to ask way too many times for my refund and got nothing after every time they said they would refund me. Welp. Had to pry it out of their grubby hands I guess...but I got mines back.

they are trying to blame fedex atp, but at first they blamed me. when really its *their fault! Ive been asking for my refund since the product is lost, NOT MY FAULT. They claim they will give me a refund, then don't, then they say I will get a refund or product, then they say refund, now all of a sudden somethings updated on the 26th with fedex- yet the package is still not moving, now I have to 'wait for tge process" according to them for my refund. BS.
I've been asking for my refund for 2 weeks. They are basically trying to keep my money or make me wait for the product and return it.. but Im sure returning and then getting my refund will probably take a year... or something will happen with the product upon return and I will be to blame...losing money regardless. Mind you I paid 60$ for shipping and contacted them to confirm the address was ok before they sent the info to fedex. they didn't respond and took my money. Ive never had such a difficult time getting my refund that is clearly owed to me. especially after asking for it MULTIPLE times and being told I would get my refund. They are always changing their excuses. I have proof of all these claims also.

Se non ha la bici in pronta consegna te lo dice, se invece ce l’ha te la spedisce rapidamente. Bici acquistata giovedì, spedita lunedì e arrivata martedì con corriere GLS. Ottimo packaging e accetta Paypal. Grazie! Comprerò ancora!
