Abbiamo trovato le biciclette eccellenti. Erano perfettamente adatte alle esigenze della Costiera Amalfitana e ai percorsi che avevamo programmato. L’assistenza del motore era potente e le biciclette avevano tutta la grinta necessaria per affrontare con sicurezza anche le salite più ripide.

L’autonomia della batteria durante i nostri tour era piuttosto al limite, ma nel complesso si è rivelata sufficiente.

L’unica cosa che ci è mancata davvero è stato un reggisella telescopico. Essendo abituati a utilizzarlo sulle nostre e-bike a casa, abbiamo preferito evitare percorsi su sterrato e fuoristrada.

Nel complesso siamo stati molto soddisfatti e noleggeremmo queste biciclette di nuovo in qualsiasi momento.

Un ringraziamento speciale anche per le borse gentilmente messe a disposizione e per il trasporto organizzato in modo impeccabile.

Being a stupid American I didn’t realize the shop closes from 1300 to 1600. Even though I contacted them close to closing the mechanic on duty was completely gracious. He got me fitted properly, added the proper pedals for my shoes, gave me a saddle bag with the needed items to handle a puncture, added a mount for my Wahoo and got me on the road quickly. The bike and the experience of cycling in Sorrento was a thrill. I highly recommend doing business with Sorrento Bike! If I’m back in the area I’ll be contacting them again.

Super convenient bike shop location with great road bikes for rental. They included helmet, spare kit and water bottle. I gave them my measurements and they fitted the bike perfectly. Bike was in great condition. I highly recommend! Start your ride early to beat the traffic, it’s so worth it.

Had a fantastic experience with Sorrento Bike! The service was superb—staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole rental process smooth and easy. The BH bike I rented was in excellent condition and rode beautifully: perfect for tackling climbs, and stable and steady on the downhills and corners.

If you’re in the Sorrento area and looking to rent a quality bike, I highly recommend this shop!

Sorry but pretty janky bike. People were nice but got a mile down the road and once I started climbing the chain kept slipping in the high gears. Didn’t feel like turning back so just kept it on the low gears and it was fine. Battery also old so range dramatically less than advertised. I have an e-bike in US so understand battery depletes quicker on hills but this wouldn’t have gone 20 miles on eco mode flat terrain. Sorry, not sorry. Honest review.

This is a great company to use for e-bike tours. Went on a sunset tour with Giovanni and it was amazing. Giovanni was patient and kind and gave good regional history lessons. Highly recommend!

Incredible road bike experience while vacationing in Sorrento. Communications with Giovanni during the entire process was amazing. His response to my numerous questions was quick and complete. Allowed me to pick up the BH Ultra-lite road bike i rented the evening before so my guide Andrea and I could get an early start Saturday morning. Bike adjustments and helmet were made at the shop. Dialed the bike fit very well made the climb enjoyable. Mount Faito was the tour, Andrea is a great guide, helped me to navigate the Sorrento traffic efficiently. Giovanni picked the bike up at our hotel later that afternoon. I highly recommend this company. Bikes are in great condition, nice selection.
