I highly recommend Bike4more. Giuliana (my rental Cube gravel bike) was a flawless companion for my short touring adventure, in perfect shape. The bike pick up and return were convenient and friendly. Communications were easy. No surprises, or only good ones, as Maura made very welcome suggestions for an enjoyable route. She kindly provided before and during the trip some very useful local knowledge that greatly enhanced my experience of Sardinia: fantastic small roads not to be missed, a restaurant, a hotel, nice towns to spend a night. Thank you Maura and Bike4more!

Maura at Bike4More consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic 2 weeks riding rented gravel bikes. Maura met us at our rental, returned later that same day with a bike that was a better fit for my wife, met us at our vehicle drop-off at the end of our trip and most importantly, provided two very comfortable and reliable bikes that we rode every day for two weeks without issue. Muy mal servicio! Hice mi reserva en la página web, incluso pagué un depósito para reservar la moto, y al llegar a Cerdeña recibo un email de que no pueden darme el servicio. Muy poca consideración con clientes que esperan todo el año para unas vacaciones. No se fíen de estas reservas.

Salve Alberto, la ringraziamo per aver dedicato del tempo “ad avvisare potenziali clienti” su come funziona il nostro servizio di prenotazione .

Riteniamo che le recensioni, quando riportano i fatti nella loro completezza, possano sempre essere di grande aiuto per altri utenti. Quando invece si omettono dei dettagli importanti, risultano meramente fuorvianti e controproducenti, avendo il solo fine di alleviare le frustrazioni di chi le scrive.

Nel suo caso la recensione corretta e trasparente sarebbe dovuta essere:
“il 16 Agosto alle h12,30 poco prima di prendere l'aereo, ho inviato una richiesta di prenotazione sul sito per ricevere uno scooter a San Pantaleo nel pomeriggio dello stesso giorno e, al mio arrivo in Sardegna, 2 ore dopo, mi sono accorto che la prenotazione non era sta accettata..”

Per come lei ha riportato i fatti, fa intendere che la prenotazione fosse stata fatta molto tempo prima, confermata da parte nostra con trattenuta dell'acconto…. e poi cancellata all'improvviso!!
Invece tutto questo non è mai successo. Anzi, proprio per evitare disguidi e false illusioni, la sua richiesta di prenotazione è stata prontamente annullata e il deposito non è mai stato incassato. Probabilmente lei era in volo e se n'è accorto “al suo arrivo in Sardegna” come scrive...

Ci teniamo far notare che, nel nostro sistema di prenotazione prima di ogni azione, é ben evidenziato il messaggio:
“Attenzione: Per noleggi con un preavviso inferiore alle 24h si consiglia di chiamare per avere conferma.”

Non ce ne faccia una colpa quindi se è stato lei a non seguire la procedura corretta. Molti altri clienti ci chiamano per i last minute, segno che il messaggio scritto è visibile.
Quando possibile, riusciamo anche a soddisfare queste richieste.
Nel suo caso, considerata anche la giornata di picco stagionale, non potevamo aggiungere altro al giro di consegne/ritiri.

Probabilmente sarebbe stato meglio dedicare lo stesso tempo utilizzato per scrivere la recensione, a leggere meglio le indicazioni sul sito e, prima di inviare la prenotazione, contattarci come fanno in tanti.
Avrebbe così evitato inconvenienti durante il suo soggiorno.

Incredible service. Did a 4 day hire with a gravel bike. Perfect bike. On time pick up and delivery to my door and to the airport. Would highly recommend as an alternative to hiring a car, especially in sardegna.

Great customer service too, prompt replies and has all the accessories you’d need, eg ortelib bags, helmets, pedals.

Habe ein Gravelbike für eine Woche gemietet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Das Velo war gut gewartet und lief bestens. Die Übergabe des Velos am Flughafen Olbia klappte reibungslos. Das Team ist erfahren und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein super Erlebnis.

Es ist lohnenswert, das Bikepacking-Abenteuer respektive die Route in Sardinien sorgfältig zu planen. Meidet stärker befahrene Strassen, da Autofahrer nahe und mit hoher Geschwindigkeit vorbeifahren.

Tolle, hochwertige Bikes und wir wurden von einer sehr netten Dame betreut.
Auch eine schöne Tour wurde uns empfohlen. Sehr unkompliziert, nur musst pro Rad eine Kaution von 200,- hinterlegt werden.

Haben einen 125 Scotter gemietet mit bring und hol service zum Campingplatz unkompliziert Maura hat mir alles sehr gut erklärt und es waren 6 wunderbare Tage , Ich würde es sofort wieder machen .

Absolutely fantastic bike hire company. We hired 2 e bikes for a self guided tour of north Sardinia. Top quality bikes (Cube+ boosh performance motors ) with perfect delivery and explanation. 1st day perfect, 2nd day I got a puncture, which was easy to change (they sent a video), once again 3rd day another puncture. Bike4more were brilliant, they came quickly checked everything, fixed new inner tube & rechecked the cycle, then chatting recommended an excellent restaurant at our next stop !!. It shows a company not only excellent normally but also excellent when you really need them in an emergency. Great support, very very good e bikes for this terrain & faultless support. Highly recommended

Maura and the team were fantastic. Rented 8 road bikes which were all excellent. Communication, efficiency, timeliness excellent and so helpful. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Hier een Scott gravel bike voor 10 dagen gehuurd. Prima service daar, goede communicatie, prima fiets ed. Daar ik twee meter ben was het even zoeken maar al snel werd duidelijk dat ik bij deze zaak moest zijn. Prima haal en breng service ook. Zeer aanbevolen!

Sehr empfehlenswert! Ich bin spontan morgens ins Geschäft gegangen und habe ein Fahrrad für den Tag ausgeliehen. Die Dame hat direkt die richtigen Pedale montiert, die Sattelhöhe eingestellt und mir auf Nachfrage ein sehr schönes Ziel für meine Tour empfohlen. Ein Schloss wurde mir ebenfalls angeboten und eine Fahrradtasche mit Werkzeug ist standardmäßig dabei. Insgesamt sehr unkompliziert, kompetent und freundlich. Das Fahrrad (gravel bike von Scott) war ebenfalls sehr gut.

We rented 2 high quality gravel bikes at Bike4more. Beforehand the contact with one of the owners Maura was very pleasant. She responded swiftly and was very helpful with any question we had. I can recommend anyone who is a cyclist to rent at this place because they are true bike enthousiasts and have bikes that reflect this.

Maura and Jessica were fantastic! Our trip had been delayed 2 years due to Covid but Maura kept up excellent communication during this period. They went above and beyond during our stay & made sure all bikes where in excellent working order. They helped us plan out routes to suit the group. This address is not a agency for renting bike it's only for bed and breakfast on this point. This company making renting bike and scooter only for delivering. We rented a scooter for a week and everything was great. I wanna say big thanks at maura for her service. Our scooter was working perfectly. And maura can delivering your scooter or your bike where ever you want!
