Amazing experience with Marco and the team at Manubrio Baso!

My bike did not arrive to Sardinia and Marco was recommended to me! I called him and he was able to get me a rental very quickly and set it up PERFECTLY!

I was able to enjoy many many miles around the island on the Trek Checkpoint he provided me and would recommend his shop to anyone!

Thank you so much Marco, I hope to visit again!

Wir haben hier zwei Gravel Bikes ausgeliehen und waren mehr als begeistert. Meine Fragen vorab hatte mir Marco per WhatsApp beantwortet und die Fahrräder habe ich ganz einfach online auf der Website gebucht. Besonders praktisch war die Lieferung und Abholung der Räder direkt an die Unterkunft gegen eine geringe Pauschale. Super war auch, dass MIPS-Helme und ein GPS-Gerät im Preis inbegriffen war. Marco hatte mir vorab einen Link zu Komoot mit seinen Routen geschickt. Davon haben wir die Route SP20 ausgewählt - sehr zu empfehlen!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had an incredible experience with Manubrio Basso, and I can't recommend it enough! Our original excursion to L’Isola di Maddalena and Caprera had to be postponed due to windy weather, but Marco's flexibility and great communication made everything stress-free. He made sure we were still able to enjoy an unforgettable day!

Stefano, our guide, was absolutely fantastic. He not only took us through the stunning landscapes of Sardinia but also immersed us in the rich history and culture of the region. The ride had its ups and downs—both literally, as we biked through challenging terrain, and figuratively, as Stefano shared fascinating stories and insights about the area.

He taught us some excellent tricks for downhill biking on sandy and rocky terrain, which made the experience even more thrilling. We stopped at beautiful beaches, enjoyed delicious local eateries for lunch, and had plenty of time to swim and explore the islands. Stefano's guidance gave us a real sense of adventure and curiosity that we wouldn’t have had without him.

The experience wasn’t just about biking, though; Stefano was also super helpful with recommending local spots for gelato and other great places around the area. We had a blast, got a great workout, and learned so much in the process. Truly an experience we’ll never forget. Loved every minute of it!

Thank you, Marco and Stefano, for such a fantastic day! We'll definitely be back!

Got a free pass from the wife to go gravel biking for a day while in Sardinia so reached out to Manubrio Basso on the recommendation of my resort. They did not disappoint! Rented a nice Trek gravel bike (with a dropper post!). The staff delivered it to my hotel and offered a variety of really nice scenic routes to follow. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. They made sure the bike was set up properly and offered helpful tips along the way, such as where to find water should I need it along the way. The route they suggested was perfect - the right mix of scenic gravel and technical trail to make things fun. Service was top notch and the drop off / pick up was seamless which helped provide me with a carefree and fun experience. What a great way to see the country. Looking forward to using them when I visit Italy again and would highly recommend.

5/5 stars - great service, very high quality and well-maintained bikes (2024 trek gravel bike), good price, friendly staff to get you set up, and a cool shop in a little town.

Stefano also took the time to make routes of all variety, and has a GPS he lends you. If you have your own bike computer, he has QR codes you can scan to komoot, so it was directly on my head unit. Amazing.

The route I took was fun, challenging, and not busy 🙌🏻

Ottima esperienza sia come noleggio sia come tour guidati. Marco e Stefano sono molto disponibili e preparati. Le bici sono nuove e curate. Stupendo il fatto che nel navigatore GPS incluso ci siano le tracce da seguire. Consigliato per chi vuole regalarsi questo tipo esperienza!!

Uitzicht was wat minder (bewolkt) maar super genoten van een erg mooie e-mtb rit (SP3 = 40,5km) op een goede Trek Full suspusion. Eenvoudig te volgen met de beschikbare GPS.
Viewpoint op monti moco is overweldigend en het houte huisje vlakbij de top is bijna nog mooier.
Kortom super rit, zeker een aanbeveling 👍👍

Great bike shop for rental. 5 stars and highly recommend. We rented a gravel bike (trek with electronic shifting, if you know you know) and e-MTB (trek as well). Bikes were in good condition and well maintained. Also received a GPS and completed a scenic 70km loop. Recommend this place for people who are looking for a real cycling experience.

Highly recommend going here for gravelbiking/MTB!! These guys will make sure you have an awesome time. Their bikes are top notch and they give you their own set out routes on a gps! This place is legit. The folks who run it are not only knowledgeable but are very organized, incredibly friendly, and really do provide outstanding service. (This is coming from someone who works in a Trek store.) My husband and I took the route around the mountains, which was gorgeous. The store provides a pre-programed route on a bike computer that makes staying on track super easy. I wish we had more time to explore other routes as well! Sending two biking friends (headed to Sardinia in a couple of weeks) to the shop - they're excited. : )

Habe mir und meiner Freundin ein Rad gebucht. Es war wirklich unkompliziert und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr jung, engagiert und nett. Weiters konnten sie gutes Englisch. Wir wurden vor Ort über die verfügbaren Trails belehrt und entschieden uns für eine Tour die Küste entlang (ca. 45km). Der Mitarbeiter speicherte uns den Trail auf dem Radcomputer ab, so dass wir quasi nach Navigation fuhren. Es war wunderschön und einfach zu fahren. Die Bikes funktionierten super. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

They arranged a self guided E-MTB tour at late notice from San Pantaleo to Costa Smeralda. Bikes were great, recent Trek Rails, and an included navigation device which was absolutely necessary. Trails had beautiful views, and some moderately steep loose double and single track, but not dedicated trails, so be prepared. Finished at sunset. Excellent service, and value, would recommend!

Bellissimo giro al tramonto, da San pantaleo al monte Moro. Avevo scelto una bici gravel, ma siccome per me diventava troppo pesante, durante il percorso mi hanno cambiato la bici senza far perdere tempo al gruppo.
Ottimo apertivo al tramonto con vista arcipelago, rientro con il il calar del sole, con le torce delle bici !
Tutto perfetto ! Non vedo l’ora di provare altri tour !
