Google Renting a car was the best thing we could have done while in Positano. We saw things that we would have never seen without it. The staff was super friendly and fun, and they made the rental process very easy. Thank you so much for letting us borrow that little Fiat. It was a blast to drive.

Google Canceled on us one day before our reservation (which was placed 3 months ago) the car that we were supposed to get broke down and they did not have other alternatives/ replacements (they only offered a stick shift and we don’t know how to drive it)
They did however refund but we ended up running around on the evening before to find another car

Too bad the truth wasn't told in it.
The car was previously rented by another customer where unfortunately it was damaged and we needed to take it to the workshop as it was not safe to be rented.
As soon as we learned of the incident we immediately notified you and offered you an alternative car or a Vespa, but this was not accepted so we promptly refunded your payment.
These are accidents that unfortunately cannot be foreseen. We are sorry for what happened and I wish you a good holiday on the Amalfi coast
