Il personale è stato gentilissimo, professionale e molto disponibile nello spiegare tutto nei dettagli.
Il mezzo era in ottime condizioni, pulito e perfettamente funzionante.
Il ritiro e la riconsegna sono stati semplici e veloci, senza complicazioni.
I Prezzi sono davvero onesti e proporzionati alla qualità del servizio offerto.

P.s. Girare in Vespa è stato divertente e comodissimo, soprattutto per evitare il traffico !!!

Not recommended.
Although the staff is very polite, professional, and consistently positive, the scooters available are not efficient or reliable. On two consecutive occasions, I experienced issues, first with a wheel and then with the battery. I strongly encourage the technical team to thoroughly review and improve the condition of their scooters.

Sebbene lo staff sia molto gentile, professionale e costantemente positiva, gli scooter disponibili non sono efficienti né affidabili. In due occasioni consecutive ho riscontrato problemi, prima con una ruota e poi con la batteria. Consiglio vivamente al team tecnico di esaminare attentamente e migliorare le condizioni dei loro scooter.

We rented a scooter in July. Unlike other companies, Sorrento Trips is very professional and doesn’t hide extra fees in its rentals. The rate includes insurance, helmet, and taxes. They’re also very safety-conscious and handed over the scooter only after a brief demonstration ride. Another very convenient option is the possibility (for a small surcharge) of having it delivered to the hotel where we were staying. Zero stress. Highly recommended!

Ho avuto il piacere di noleggiare da Sorrento Trips uno scooter per esplorare la Costiera Amalfitana, che dire, tutto perfetto! Il motorino era in condizioni ottime, comodo e spazioso, perfetto per muoverci in costiera visto il grande traffico! Lo staff gentile, disponibile e molto attento. Al mio ragazzo è stata chiesta una “piccola prova” per valutare se sapesse usare il mezzo e ho trovato questo comportamento altamente professionale. Torneremo sicuramente quando saremo di nuovo a Sorrento.

Not an ideal scooter rental option if you're actually visiting Sorrento. Piano di Sorrento isn't the same place, it turns out, and involved a 50 Euro cab ride each way from the center of Sorrento proper where we were staying. That's on us, I realize. However, we found them very inflexible when we had to cancel a day due to an extreme weather warning from Italy's national weather service. Their weather policy states, "In case of very bad weather conditions and in case it will not be possible to postpone the tour, full refund will be given," but they didn't honour it. Great, fun machines, but a disappointing experience.

DO NOT RENT A SCOOTER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!
They charged us a $400 euro bond per scooter x 2 scooters) and we have just found out we will not get it back for 3 weeks. We have saved for 5 years for this trip and now we are going to have to borrow money from friends to make it through which is embarrassing . This is $1600 in our currency which is a massive amount of money and enough to last is a week as we are back packing around.

We had a great experience with Sorrento Trips! We rang up fairly late on Tuesday and most other places were fully booked but Sorrento Trips had 2 scooters for us and were very helpful. Unfortunately, we left our appartment key in their office and they even stayed up later just for that. Especially Federico stood out with great service and loads of helpful tips. Can absolutely recommend!
