After renting eMTBs and city bikes for day trips around Stintino and to Asinara, I can share that I never found a single issue with the bikes over the last two years and the quality is kept through continuous maintenance.

Booking is easy and with a little help of google translator the communication is excellent both through WhatsApp or in person.

Renting the eMTB there is a little bit more expensive than in Asinara, but unfortunately the bikes in Asinara are not receiving the necessary care and the extra for a well maintained Scott and the costs for transportation of if worths given the full day experience with such excellent bike.

Molto gentile.

Biciclette ottime e servizio impeccabile. Lo consiglio assolutamente a chiunque voglia visitare l'isola!

We rented e-bikes to explore Asinara. While the bikes worked well, the management was very difficult to deal with. Communication was a struggle from the start: we sent three emails (in both English and Italian) with no response, and of the four phone numbers listed on the website, only one responded to texts.

We don’t expect service to be provided in English, but the language barrier combined with the owner’s dismissive attitude made coordination very stressful. The contract was only available in Italian.

When we returned, we were 5 minutes late and were honest about a scratched display from a fall and a lost key. We paid the €150 fee immediately and without argument. Despite this, the owner was angry and shooed us away. He showed no concern for my partner’s injuries from the fall and lacked basic politeness (no 'please' or 'thank you' throughout the interaction).

The park is beautiful, but be aware that if you rent here, you may face a very cold and hostile environment if any issues arise.

In due coppie abbiamo noleggiato 4 e-bike ( 2 city 2 MT) per tour all'Asinara. Bici nuove ben tenute, ottima batteria. Molto gentili, ottimo servizio.

Absolutely perfect!
I rented an e-mtb to visit Asinara for the day.
Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and provided guidance with regards booking the ferry from Stintino.
Bike was new, well maintained and in excellent condition.
Plenty of battery to fully enjoy the island.
I will definitely use these guys if I am in Stintino again and I highly recommend.
