What a fabulous way to discover Toscana! The bikes are powerful, well maintained and the battery last the day!
Claudio has been very helpful, was easy to meet and suggested a great itinerary for us to follow. We had an amazing day, biking through hills, villages, vineyards… google maps brought us on some really cool roads.
Although it was a really (I mean really) hot day, with the e-bikes, various stops and public fountains all around, the heat was not a problem. Me and my 2 teens had a blast and kept saying « wow »!
I highly recommend the activity!

Okay, here it goes…we rented and they delivered to our hotel. The bikes were great for self and son, but husband not so much as the gears kept changing and not working which caused several cuss words in the Tuscan hillside. They truly had great customer service and responded within minutes to WhatsApp. The issue is, if you’re going to rent e-bikes then do it with one of their guides for the love! Don’t think, “I can do this…I’ve done it before and can figure it out”…the answer is wrong! You will get lost and ride along a busy road or a bumpy gravel road with deep potholes and steep uphill and have to push up the heavy e-bike while sweating and yelling bad words along the way. One person may even fall on the ground with awful leg cramps. If you’re going to spend the money, get a guide and enjoy your vacation, don’t risk getting hurt and lost…just take the advice. Just FYI, I’m being kind with a three star review bc this was our own fault-for trusting the recommended Kamoot app (don’t trust it) instead of GOING WITH A GUIDE!

Claudio was great to deal with! Delivered bikes right to our Airbnb right on time. Guide felt like family by the end of the day. He lives local to Sovicille and knew the trails perfectly. He gave special attention to one biker who was uncomfortable with e-bikes - with his help she did great. Awesome experience for everyone - BEAUTIFUL countryside. Recommend renting with this group highly

What a wonderful experience on e-bikes! We traveled through San Gimignano to Certaldo and back without a single problem. Claudio was patient and thorough in his explanations for novices, and the equipment worked great!

We wanted to explore the Tuscan countryside, but weren’t confident about driving the busy city streets and skinny roads. E-bike rental was a perfect solution. Claudio reached out directly 48 hours before our reservation, so we were able to ask questions and figure everything out in advance. Getting to Colle Val d’Elsa from Siena proved a bit of a challenge, but Claudio suggested we meet at the bus station and we easily jumped on public transport to/from meeting place. Communication was excellent, directions on the e-bike usage was very thorough and we were on our way. What a beautiful and fun way to get about! Highly recommended.
