Gippo Bike is outstanding to work with. We spent about a year pulling together a day long Vespa tour for our small wedding group of about 30 people. When we first started the planning, we were working with just about ever rental spot in Tuscany and some beyond as our group size and request was unusual.

Kudos to Babi from TrekkinGae that pulled it all together for us and was our guide for the day. She curated the most wonderful route, a phenomenal spot for stunning lunch, and somehow orchestrated parking for 22 Vespas for everywhere we went including San Gimignano.

Laura and team were fantastic throughout from planning through to the day of our rental. We had a wonderful time -- thank you Laura!

Perfect rental. Bike worked 100% for 5 days (400 km) without any single yet minor problem. Flexible transport to our accomodation. (They brought it earlier than agreed, pick it up when we were not at the place.)

Nous avons fait un tour de 6 jours et 350km en Toscane cet été 2025. Le service de Gippo a été impeccable du début à la fin. Les e-bikes étaient neufs ou quasi, et étaient conformes à ce qui était prévu. Nous n'avons rencontré aucun souci technique, malgré les strade bianche parfois éprouvantes.
Les rendez-vous pour la livraison et le retrait ont été respectés, avec beaucoup de souplesse.
Les prix sont très compétitifs par rapport aux autres opérateurs locaux.

Zeer mooie fietsenzaak met goede service. Bijvoorbeeld:
1. Snelle reactie op mijn email waarin de beschilbaarheid van de fietsen werd bevestigd.
2.We mochten het zadel van onze MTB uitgewisseld met die van de gehuurde E-MTB.
3. Ook werden Garmin houders voor onze Garmins gemonteerd.
4.Tot slot: er werd advies gegeven over een komoot route die we zouden kunnen volgen.
Ik zou een volgende keer hier opnieuw de fiets huren.

Echt een geweldige dag gehad!

Je krijgt een route via een app en dat werkte echt top! De scooter was ook echt goed, hij had zeker geen moeite met de berg op komen en hij was erg veilig en snel. De service was ook echt goed. Ik zou het zeker aanraden om een dagje te doen.

Tip: neem een duik in de rivier met waterval iets verderop, het water is prachtig blauw en super verfrissend.

Outstanding Service at Gippobike!

My mountain bike had a damaged crankshaft, and after calling multiple bike shops, I was told it would take at least a week to get the parts and repairs done. Then I found Gippobike—what a difference! Not only did they have the part in stock, but they were also super friendly and professional. They repaired my bike and had it ready the very next day!

Their service is top-notch, and the location is perfect—right next to the highway for easy access, with plenty of parking space (even for campers). Highly recommended if you need fast, reliable bike repairs from people who clearly know what they’re doing.

Fantastic bike shop in the heart of Tuscany. I found out (the hard way :-) that they deliver great service, even when asked for without notice. Laura and her team have changed my bike holiday from a disaster (the Tuscan hills proved to be too much for me and my race bike) to a wonderful vacation. On their rental e-bike I did over 400km without any issues.

Prachtige zaak, veel keuze om fietsen te kopen of te huren. Eerlijke prijzen en eerlijke verhuurder. Ze geven een goede service en lossen de zaken eerlijk op.
Ik had mijn slot van de fiets moeten openbreken omdat ik de sleutel kwijt was. Ik betaalde voor een nieuw slot een eerlijke prijs. De huurfietsen die wij een week gebruikt hebben waren van degelijke kwaliteit.
Afspraken per email werden vlot gemaakt.

Dans le secteur, c'est le seul magasin de vélo qui soit fourni pour répondre aux attentes de tous.
Du beau matériel, des pièces de rechange, des vélos à louer propres et de bonne qualité.
L'accueil est agréable.
Forcément le prix est en rapport avec la prestation.
