Oltre al noleggio, organizzano anche tour guidati.
Il proprietario, Giacomo, è molto disponibile e attento. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la sua gentilezza: ci ha fornito un cestino per il cane e, al nostro ritorno, ci ha offerto anche un tè caldo, un gesto davvero gradito!

Le biciclette sono in ottime condizioni, ben tenute e performanti. I prezzi di noleggio sono tra i più convenienti della zona.
Il locale è ampio, accogliente e dotato di un angolo bar molto carino e curato, perfettamente in tema con l’atmosfera sportiva e di montagna.

Arrived at store 10minutes before closing to enquire about hiring bikes the following day. Owner Giacomo was very helpful and offered options and reserved bikes for us. We ended up extending and cycling two days as the autumn weather was amazing and the gravel ebikes made the climbs much more achievable. We did Stelvio then next day Gavio. Both excellent rides and quite different.

Excellent communication, support, staff and fabulous bikes. All up a very professional business.

Appreciated the hot apple tea at the end to warm us up!

Amazing experience. Bikes are perfectly maintained and geared for climbing. Staff is very knowledgeable about the area and can help you find the route for your ability. Also they took the time to get saddle height right. Repair kit comes with bike. The store has anything else you need in case you forgot. Giacomo is the best. Thank you so much for checking off one of my bucket list and then some. Highly recommend if you’re coming to Bormio and want to get in some miles or kilometers

Abbiamo noleggiato due E-MTB front per un giorno, per fare un giro : Bormio-Cancano-Decauville-Val Viola- Bormio ( consigliato e ben spiegato dal proprietario ). È stata un’esperienza davvero divertente, le bike ci sono state consigliate dal proprietario e si sono dimostrate perfette per le nostre esigenze. Le abbiamo ritirate alle 9:30 del mattino alla Stelvio Experience dove il sempre gentilissimo proprietario ci ha offerto un ottimo caffè per iniziare il tour belli carichi 💪🏻, al ritorno e riconsegna dei mezzi ci ha anche offerto un buon thè caldo MOLTO APPREZZATO 👍🏻.
Grazie, davvero molto gentile, efficiente e competente. TOP CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Pedalear con StelvioExperience fue una experiencia realmente increíble de principio a fin. Todo el equipo es extremadamente amable y profesional. Los guías no solo están muy preparados para acompañarte en las rutas, sino que también tienen un nivel físico impresionante que te motiva a dar lo mejor en cada pedaleo. Además, la experiencia no termina en la bicicleta: también me ayudaron con la logística de mi vuelta a Milán.

Un agradecimiento especial a Stefano, Emilio, Giacomo, Aad, Francesca, y por supuesto a todo el staff que hizo que esta experiencia fuera inolvidable. Sin duda, recomiendo 100% StelvioExperience a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar del ciclismo en Bormio de la mejor manera.

Stelvio Experience were extremely helpful and efficient in flexibly renting me a front wheel when the bearing on my own wheel collapsed and could not be repaired quickly.

In just 10 minutes the team at Stelvio Experience were able to loan me a wheel off a rental at a reasonable price which got me on the road for my last day in Bormio.

Negozio rifornitissimo, dall'abbigliamento, alle Bike di tutti i generi e bar. Personale cordiale, disponibile, professionale mi sono sentito come un amico di famiglia. Llegué a la tienda en busca de ayuda por un problema con el cambio electrónico de mi bicicleta.
Nada más entrar en la tienda y exponer mi problema se pusieron al instante a trabajar en la bicicleta. El mecánico que cogió mi bicicleta fue Gian. Estuve junto a él durante todo el proceso y rápidamente localizó que el problema era de la batería. En todo momento me explicaba que hacía y cuál sería el siguiente paso en busca de la avería. La verdad que un mecánico muy profesional con vocación por su trabajo.
Necesitaba una bicicleta para continuar con la ruta programada y enseguida me ofrecieron una bicicleta para alquilar.
Gin incluso me cambió la biela de mi bicicleta a la bicicleta de alquiler para que pudiera tener el medidor de potencia durante la ruta.
Un trato al cliente excepcional. No se puede pedir más.
Gian, da gusto encontrarse con personas como tú.

I had one day I could explore the area by cycling and I am so happy I selected this place. First of all the staff is amazing - they are so welcoming and deliver high service quality. If I am not mistaken the owner made sure I am sitting correctly on the bike and adjusted my shoe’s clits so I will feel confidence. He explained to me in details about the bike and made sure I feel comfortable after practicing it before I left the place. I had great experience with the top bike model - everything went smooth, I really loved riding it. It went so smooth and seems that the bike are maintained with high quality. It felt no one ever ride on it before.
Great place, I will sure use their service again on my next visit.

This place is amazing. Great bikes perfectly geared for climbing. No mechanical issues at all. Very friendly and knowledgeable technologists who made necessary adjustments to fit bikes to us. Friendly staff who made delicious coffees and provided snacks with the available cold, delicious local beers later. When we return to Bormio, we will be back to Stelvio Experience for the bikes. Thank you for an unforgettable time.

Our experience was marvelous! Our guide as a good local knew everything, the best routes, the best spots for the perfect picture. He explained the local story thoroughly with a good English, and we even improved our poor Italian teaching us some key Italian words. The driver was also very nice and kind, and so was the whole staff. They were very attentive from the fitting of our bikes to the coffee/tea/snack time at the end of the day. The quality of the bikes were top notch, and the whole family made it to the top of the mountains without struggles, and it was all worth it. It does not matter if you are a pro as my husband or a beginner as the kids, you will succeed and have lots of fun. Without them the experience wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was.
