The guys here sorted me out with the perfect e-road bike and adjusted it to suit the measurements I provided. They were extremely helpful, including suggesting that I return partway through the ride to top up the battery if needed.

The bike itself was excellent, with no issues at all, and they also provided a repair toolkit with everything you could need while out riding. The café area was a great bonus too—a perfect place to recharge myself while the bike was recharging! There’s also a small clothing store on site.

It’s clear they take great pride in both their service and the bikes they hire out. You can see this in the quality of the workshop and, most importantly, the quality and condition of the bike provided.

Highly recommended if you’re looking to hire a bike while in the area.

If you want to have a fantastic experience cycling in the Alps and the Dolomites and you don’t want to deal with all the logistics of the trip, Stelvio Experience is the way to go! I had a 14 night package including hotels, private transfers, bike rental and guided rides and it worked out great. Giacomo has an excellent staff who are there to make sure you enjoy your trip. Everyone was so nice and helpful. When you are traveling solo and haven’t been to the area, a complete package, will save you a lot of time and headaches. I am so glad that I went with Stelvio Experience!

Grazie!

My wife and I are in Bormio on our honeymoon and we’ve had some hiccups on this trip including missing a connection in the USA and arriving MXP a day late, and our bags getting delayed for two days. Today we finally got our bikes built and started up the Stelvio when my drivetrain went haywire and my rear derailleur ripped off the hanger. Fortunately I was right in front of Stelvio Experience and they took me in right away to help me install a new hanger, straighten the cage, and buff out the shifting. We are extremely lucky the shop gave us such kind and expert help at that moment! We hope to return for some service and/or a beer before we leave.
