I arrived to rent skis and was told that my reservation was actually made at another branch. However, it wasn’t a problem at all — I still received the skis after choosing the ones I wanted. I was also informed that I could exchange them for a different type during the rental period.

When I later wanted to switch to skis they didn’t have at this location, Matteo picked them up from the other shop in the evening and had them ready for me the next morning. This is customer service at its best! I really appreciated Matteo’s approach and kindness 🙏

Great high end bikes, which are well suited to Livigno. The team in the shop are knowledgeable and really friendly (including a very cool dog).
The shop was close to our hotel so we dropped the bikes back each night for a clean and service, which is all part of the deal.

Great selection of Skis and boots. The staff was very welcoming and finding the right pair was a breeze. We decided to change one pair of boots after a day of riding, and there was no problem with choosing a different one.
I used Skialo for the first time 5 years ago and I would chose them again on my next visit too.
