Paolo, We had a fantastic experience with Paolo from this company. He was helpful even before we arrived and answered all our questions. When we arrived he delivered the bikes to our AirbandB. Heave us ideas and maps for our self guided tour so my husband and I could experience the countryside. I have never seen such great customer service. Honestly, Paolo definitely went the extra mile for us. When we were done he came and picked up the bikes. He asked for nothing payment wise until we were done.

Did a self-guided tour with my better half. Paulo was right on time, e-bikes were fully charged and tires inflated, and helmets were totally fine. Best of all, Paulo checked out our route and gave us pointers. We did the Osa route and it was incredible. Tempted to do a ride with Paulo next time!

Paolo is excellent! Very flexible pickup and drop off of the bikes, and the bikes were in excellent condition and fully charged. Really good riding in the area (we went to Osa) and Paolo is super helpful.

Our ebike tour to Civita was the second tour I had taken with Paulo. The previous year a friend and I did the sunset Orvieto tour which was excellent! The tour to Civita was so much fun! We are in our 60’s, have back issues, and my husband has other health issues yet the tour was not difficult at all. Paulo’s bikes are of high quality and in superb condition. The ride was wonderful, cruising through the country side, stopping for coffee and when Paulo wanted to point out something of interest. Speaking of Paulo - he is such a genuine and friendly man who has an encyclopedic memory of facts pertaining to the area. He is compassionate about sharing that knowledge and is so interesting to converse with. We will see you again Paulo when we return. Thanks for creating such a wonderful memory for us!

Ho dovuto annullare con congruo anticipo (4 giorni ed il proprietario era stato già preavvisato che in caso di maltempo non saremmo andati) il noleggio di circa 15 biciclette per cause di forza maggiore legate al maltempo.
Avendo versato un anticipo neanche richiesto tra l' altro mi aspettavo che almeno una parte mi fosse restituita.
Invece dopo la morale da parte del proprietario su come si rispettano le prenotazioni e precisazioni sulla quantità di acqua caduta quel giorno, ha deciso di tenersi tutto l'acconto.

Highly recommend doing a guided tour with Orvieto Bike Tour! We signed up for the winery tour and it was excellent!! Worth every euro! Paolo was our guide, spoke excellent English, and was a wealth of knowledge. This was our first time using eBikes and we learned quickly and had no issues. The Orvieto countryside was beautiful and had stunning views of the city. We visited two wineries and then rode back into town for a great glass of vino and a meal overlooking the Duomo.

Note: This is an active/fitness tour. The countryside is hilly (think California roads/hills). You still need to pedal, but the e-bikes give you a wonderful extra boost. We are moderately active, know how to ride a bike (and shift gears to easier/harder), and found this tour to be a great workout while getting a chance to see things we would not have been able to otherwise.

The wineries were excellent! We learned so much from each of them. A small plate of cheese, meats, and breads were served at each. They also offer shipping back to the US (and other countries). If you decide to take a couple bottles with you that day, Paolo can arrange for a van to pick them up so you don’t have to bike with them.

Overall, this was an excellent tour! Paolo was superb! We look forward to doing this again when we return to Orvieto.

I had such a great experience with Orvieto Bike Tour. I rented an E-bike for a full day to explore the countryside around Orvieto on my own. The owner Paolo made sure that I had the right E-bike for my journey. I requested specific equipment for my ride, a certain style bike seat and IPhone handlebar mount, all of which Paolo made sure was available! It was a great day of exploring the paved and backroads of the region. Even in the best of situations, sometimes something unforeseen happens. I needed to contact Paolo about an issue I was having with the bike. Within an hour, he had a new bike delivered to me and saved the rest of a beautiful cycling afternoon. Complete and total commitment to the customer! He and his team went above and beyond to make my cycling experience perfect. As I live in Orvieto, I look forward to renting E-bikes from Paolo for all my future cycling trips.

Bikes were in perfect condition and we can not wait to use them again when we have friends visit! What a GREAT experience and well worth the times and money! Don’t pass this one up!🙌

Paulo was a fantastic guide. His knowledge and enthusiasm made for a great experience. The electric bikes are a must for this hilly and beautiful landscape and Civita was breathtaking. The meal in the Duomo square in Orvieto was lovely and nice civilized way to end our tou of more than 50 km. Thank you Paulo!!

Paolo was extremely helpful and available even though we came on the off season and with little warning! Rented a mountain bike that suited my needs for a reasonable price. Moreover, he gave us the BEST advice on where to ride for the beautiful views. I would not hesitate to rent from here again. Thanks Paolo!
