Klein aber fein ausgestatteter Laden.. ich musste meine Bremsbacken wechseln & mir ist am Kolben was weggesplittert, also musste ich zu diesem Fahrradladen.. Er hatte alle Ersatzteile von Shimano da & konnte den Kolben sofort reparieren. Personal alle sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit.

Came here to rent some bikes to use at Paganella bike park. We are avid mountain bikers in the United States, but did not fly our bikes to Italy because we thought rentals/demos would be good. I was very excited to come here to try the Santa Cruz Megatower as its a bike I have been curious about. When I arrived, the Megatower was soooo beat up that I was nervous to even ride it. It was shifting poorly, brakes were janky, pegs on the pedals worn off, tires shredded, etc. I instead used the Trek slash as did my partner because it seemed to be in slightly better shape and was cheaper. The brakes needed bled so badly our hands hurt from squeezing the brakes so hard all day. The tires were really rough and were not sticking well in the park. They gave us a bottle of spray sealant to take out in case the tires deflated (that's how much confidence they had in the tires). The bikes seemed very unsafe due to lack of maintenance.
I would have gone somewhere else, but unfortunately didn't really know where else to go in the area to get a high travel suspension besides the on site rental shop at Paganella and was ready to get into the park and start riding. The guy helping us was friendly, but I wouldn't go back here to rent bikes.

Team super disponibile e professionale. Super gentili nell organizzare tutti i dettagli per un'uscita pomeridiana di 15 persone, fornendo anche due guide a sostegno (costo a parte). Le nostre 15 bici al nostro arrivo erano già pronte, col nostro nome sul sellino! Una volta indossate le protezioni, via, siamo partiti!
Supporto tecnico molto efficiente con furgone disponibile per recupero in emergenza o rottura!

Ho prenotato una Santa Cruz Cs dal loro form online, all'arrivo la bici non aveva alcune caratteristiche tecniche che erano descritte sul sito web e me l'hanno sostituita con una di livello superiore. Professionali e simpatici, assolutamente consigliati!

I rented a Nomad for three days a few weeks ago, great bikes in nice condition except the tires!, I questions this and was ignored. see photos. Felt that if you going to ride the parks even the blue trials (Like i did) good rear tires are important especally on if you are renting a primium bike like a Santa Cruz. It would be worth checking the tires before accepting the bike / paying money. Update... Bear bike centre have emailed me to say that they will improve their service! I am not sure what they are try to achieve. They do not live up to the Santa Cruz brand! I recommend going to another rental place!

Ho fatto lezioni di Downhill da principiante (tecnica + tracks semplici) ed è stata una bellissima esperienza!
Le guide (nel mio caso Ivano e Riccardo) sono super preparate e simpatiche: sempre pronte a rispondere ad ogni domanda (anche le più banali) con passione, precisione e pazienza.
Il prezzo delle lezioni è competitivo ed include noleggio bici e kit protezioni.
Il negozio è pronto a rispondere alle esigenze del cliente. Durante la prima lezione sono stato aggiunto per errore in un gruppo già intermedio, perciò mi hanno dato la possibilità di prenotare una nuova lezione privata da 2h con integrazione del solo noleggio bici (20€).
Assolutamente da rifare! 🤩🚵🏻
