Ottimo negozio e bici di qualità. Personale gentilissimo il signore alla cassa fin dal primo momento si è dimostrato molto disponibile anche nella spiegazione dei vari percorsi ecc davvero complimenti pochi come lui molto disponibile nell'organizzazione con gli orari di ritiro della bici. Io ho noleggiato una giant xct dove mi sono trovato molto bene ottimo veicolo consiglio assolutamente.

Rower kiepski, hamulce słabe, przerzutki okropne. Właściciel wydawał się miły lecz gdy skończyła się bateria, nie pozwolił nam ich doładować argumentując to tym że gdy wypożyczamy na jeden dzień mamy tylko jedną pełną bateria do wykorzystania po mimo tego że znikała bardzo szybko. Jedno pełne naładowanie w tym e-mtb zdecydowanie nie wystarczy by móc pojeździć po górach. nie polecam.

Bateria w rowerze znika w oczach. Zapacilem za cały dzień ale jak bateria sie skończyła doładować nie można, koniec zabawy! Obsługa słaba. Dwa dni wczesniej korzystaliśmy z innej wypożyczalni z doładowaniem nie było problemu Pani z obsługi szalenie miła uśmiech z twarzy nie schodził, Pokazała na mapie gdzie warto jechać na ile bateria pozwoli. Pan chyba usuwa słabsze opinie. Gorąco NIE POLECAM!!!

We booked the e mountain bikes for one day and it was amazing!
The recommended tour was just perfect, the bikes are in best shape and easy to handle, the prices are super fair and the service was excellent. Such a nice guy! ❤️ (if you are not used to long bike tours ask for a more comfortable saddle, your bum will thank you)

Such a great experience. We explained the owner what we wanted to do and he gave us suggestions for a route and for the kind of bike we would need. We rented two electric mountainbikes for the whole day. Both bikes were either brand new or super well looked after. Or both. The trip was amazing, such a beautiful Landscape. It was the best experience we had at Lake Garda. Thank you.

My family and I needed bikes and this place had what we needed. What first got us hooked was their friendly attitude and their amazing equipment! We needed a small e-bike for my daughter, an e-bike for my wife and an e-bike for me with a baby seat attachment for my son - they had it all and set us up for a day of riding! They took their time to provide us map guidance and even walked us through a local App which has excellent routes! We loved the trip so much that we ended up booking another day! Coming back each day to the shop was like seeing family members: The staff was genuinely excited to see us and hear our feedback. We will be back next year and most definitely will be back at Gimmebike!!

Having a blast with my tour guide, Francesco, last year on the Tremalzo, I decided to catch up with him also this year. Francesco made plans for us upfront with lots of options, depending on the weather, personal mood, and energy left (bike and rider - but I guess the bike would have won 😉).

Starting and end point of the full day tour was Paolo's gimmebike shop, as I needed to rent a bike and Paolo is offering great quality bikes for a reasonable price. The welcome was great and everything was already prepared. Paolo gave me a quick but complete introduction for the Giant E-MTB and the booking process itself, based on a qr-code, was very convinient.

The tour was stunning! We went up and down more than 1000 hm in total but with Francesco's knowledge of the roads and trails I always felt safe and comfortable but challenged. Also sightseeing was not missed out, but not the typical tourist stuff & completed by Francesco's broad knowledge of the region.

Servizio impeccabile e tanta cortesia.
Ho noleggiato una ebike Giant all mountain elettrica ed in compagnia di Francesco, grande guida, sono stato in giro per 60 km tra i vari trail che si possono trovare in zona. Una bellissima mattinata, direi un'uscita tra amici alla fine, perché questo è stato.
Non posso che consigliare di affidarsi a loro.
Nel pomeriggio, dato che la ebike era a mia dispiace per l'intera giornata, la mia compagna ha noleggiato per un paio d'ore una ebike da passeggio con seggiolino ed abbiamo fatto una pedalata in famiglia per le ciclabili di Riva del Garda. Non posso che consigliare sia il noleggio che la guida.

Spero di tornare il prossimo anno per fare altri trail... 🤙
