Très mauvaise expérience !
Pour une manœuvre qui ne présentait pas de danger pour le matériel ou les personnes, le moniteur Leo a été très désagréable et violent verbalement avec nous. Une attitude non professionnelle et non commerciale.
Visiblement, il ne supporte pas les touristes, surtout ceux qui parlent mal italien.

Attrezzatura eccellente, ma la nostra esperienza è stata rovinata dal comportamento non professionale di Léo. Per una piccola imperfezione nella manovra di rientro, nonostante le scuse immediate, ha reagito alzando la voce in modo sproporzionato. Solo l’intervento del capo base ha riportato la calma.

Wir haben uns spontan entschieden, als Familie ein Big SUP zu mieten (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder). Das Team vor Ort war super freundlich und hat uns toll eingewiesen. Auf dem See konnten wir entspannt paddeln, die Kinder hatten riesigen Spaß beim Springen vom Board und Schwimmen abseits des Trubels. Alles top, wir kommen gern wieder!

I booked the test/trial windsurfing lesson as a complete beginner, which I think is great value, but I left feeling disappointed.

To start with, I was placed into an 11am slot because of all the school sessions taking place that week, occupying the 9am slot that this lesson is advertised for. This was partly bad luck with timing but also partly on me for not having booked far in advance. Unfortunately as a result this meant that the weather had started to turn before my lesson and the wind had picked up considerably. Rather than cancel the lesson the instructor said I would go into the bay instead which was a little more sheltered. While I appreciate the effort to keep the lesson I think it may have been the wrong decision with what followed.

I found trying to windsurf in the bay area extremely tough as it is a much smaller area, surrounded by rocks and parked boats, and boats going in and out as well. Given the lack of room, my instructor did not join me in the water but instead stood on the rocky bank nearby shouting instructions, which I don't think was ideal either. Also despite the bay area being more sheltered, the wind was still quite strong and I found it incredibly difficult just to stand up on the board and balance without catching the wind, and ended up in the water more than I was on the board. At one point the instructor questioned why I was wearing (water) shoes, saying it was limiting my feeling, something that should have been mentioned at the start when we were on land, not when I was already in the water halfway through my lesson. Regardless I'm not sure I would have enjoyed it much more barefoot as it is a pebble beach and the bay had a lot of rocks along the edge, I would have found it too painful barefoot.

In the end, my lack of balance and physical conditioning led me to cut the lesson short, as I was quickly running out of energy and worried I would just make more silly mistakes and hurt myself. I ended up only using just over 1 hour of the 2.5 allocated for the lesson.

I understand a number of the issues were outside of the direct control of the school (such as busy period with kids, the weather, and my terrible balance/stamina) but this review is based on my honest experience and I can't help but feel that things could have been better, namely trying to reschedule or cancel the lesson rather than trying to do it in the bay which I don't personally think is very safe/wise.

If you are going to book a lesson as a complete beginner I would highly recommend trying to secure a 9am slot to try and avoid turning weather where possible. Also, I would suggest contacting them by phone/in person if you are trying to get a quick response, I emailed them for a separate reason over 24 hours ago, and still no response.

Für mich ein absolut super Wassersport-Center.

Wir hatten 6 Tage CAT-Segeln gebucht.
Schon die telefonische Beratung Wochen vorher war herausragend. Da ich noch nie auf dem Gardasee Segeln war, hatte ich entsprechend viele Fragen, welche alle sehr geduldig und detailliert beantwortet wurden.

Am 1. Tag hatten wir uns einen Trainer genommen, der uns in das Segelrevier einweist. Jan hat das sehr gut gemacht. Sehr freundlich und gut ausgebildeter Trainer.

Das Material war immer auf dem neuesten Stand, sehr gut gepflegt.

Der ganze Service war immer aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Sie waren auch sehr flexibel mit den Buchungen. Obwohl wir die ganze Woche den CAT gebucht hatten, konnten wir flexibel entscheiden, was wir am nächsten Tag machen wollten. So konnten wir mal einen E-MTB Tag einlegen und die Umgebung erkunden.

Was mich sehr begeistert hat, war die positive Energie und Freundlichkeit. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl auf aufgehoben gefühlt.

Auch bei einem Sondereinsatz (Wir hatten beim Segeln unser DryBag verloren und mussten diese mit GPS wieder auf dem See einsammeln), war sofort ein Motorboot bereit und hat uns sofort geholfen.

Preis-Leistung ist absolut in Ordnung.
Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Die Location mit dem Wind ist einfach nur fantastisch für Wassersportler.

My partner and I rented a double kayak at 5:30 pm and went out on the water for a brief time before the facility closed at 6:30 pm. The staff were friendly and very helpful during the rental process, even offering suggestions on where to go during our 60-minute excursion. As we were returning, we encountered strong currents and winds, which made it difficult to paddle back. Fortunately, a staff member was on the water and helped guide us back to the facility.

We arrived at 6:36 pm, 6 minutes past our expected arrival time, and immediately apologized for being late, even offering compensation to the two men who assisted with docking our kayak. Both men appeared to be in their early 50s and were wearing shirts labeled "instructor." One of them responded with, "Oh, you didn't have a watch and didn't know the time?" I replied, "I do have a watch, but the current was so strong. We're very sorry it took us longer to return."

To my surprise, one of the men retorted, "You're not sorry. If you were, you wouldn't have disrespected us like this. You knew the time. You didn't care?" Shocked by the accusation, I reiterated my apology and offered to make it right, suggesting a tip or compensation. The man, however, replied, "You can't buy me off," and began raising his voice. I calmly explained that we were genuinely sorry and wanted to make amends for our mistake, but he continued to speak over me, accusing us of being disrespectful. His colleagues joined in, raising their voices as well.

Feeling disrespected, I told him that I had apologized and that his response was unwarranted. He then dismissively waved his hand and told me to leave. I reported the incident to the manager, but the instructors denied any wrongdoing. Although the manager apologized, the fact that these two men felt empowered to speak so abrasively and disrespectfully to us was astonishing. The experience left both my partner and me quite shaken. Staying at the resort connected to Sailing Du Lac, we were led to believe this was a reputable company. However, this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Peligro: este es uno de esos lugares donde algunos de los empleados odian trabajar ahí, odian su vida, odian a los turistas, odian a la gente que disfruta vivir.
En mi caso me tocó hablar con una persona que consideraba que por no entender lo que significa la palabra “capside” (en inglés. Yo no hablo inglés cuando navego) me dijo “si no sabes lo que significa capside, vos no sabes navegar”. Arrancó todo muy agresivo. Esa persona no sabe que he navegado veleros de 42 pies, en el mediterráneo, y que inclusive tengo 3 barcos en Argentina. No se tomó ni 1 segundo en explicarme que significaba y proponer algo. El diálogo fue extremadamente tóxico. Yo tengo que pagar 3000 euros para venir de vacaciones acá, y te cruzas con una persona como ésta, que pocas intenciones tiene de hacer feliz tus vacaciones (mi más profundo deseo de que se quede sin trabajo pronto. La humanidad no se merece este tipo de personas hagan atención al cliente).
24 horas antes de la reserva, me dijeron que para navegar no necesitaba ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA. El día de la reserva llegué y me dijeron que en realidad tenía que tener conocimientos previos para solucionar el problema en caso que el catamaran “capside”. Obviamente que yo sin intenciones de mentir, le dije que no tenía conocimientos (yo no navego catamaranes. Solo veleros monobody). Por lo que cancelaron mi reserva, al no tener dicho conocimiento (que me lo deberían haber dicho ayer, el día de la reserva, y no HOY cuando estaba por salir a navegar). Si me lo hubiesen dicho ayer, hubiese alquilado un barco velero en lugar de un catamaran.
Cero profesionalismo. Cero organizacion. Este es uno de esos lugares que afectan negativamente la experiencia del pueblo, y el gobierno local debería limitarlos, regularlos, o directamente prohibirle que hablen con turistas hasta que realmente sepan dar una experiencia positiva al turista.
Mis peores deseos al resentido social con el que hablé. Nunca llegará a ser alguien digno de ser parte de una sociedad. Ojalá envejezca pronto.

Non potevo veramente trovare di meglio. Una settimana di corso di vela con l'insegnante Alessandro che e' stato tutto quello che si puo chiedere ad un insegnante. Conciso, accurato, simpaticissimo e molto professionale. Non posso che consigliarlo a tutti. Il centro multisport DuLac e' davvero perfetto per tutti. Grazie davvero ragazzi di tutto. Ho gia' prenotato le mie prossime lezioni!!!!!!

Sehr gute Segelschule. Super Ausstattung und immer freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Wir kommen seit Jahren her und werden das in Zukunft auch machen.

Habe hier meinen CAT Schein gemacht und wir leihen jedes Mal wenn wir hier sind mehrfach CATs aus. Völlig unkompliziert und schnell. Sowohl spontan als auch über Reservierung klappt immer hervorragend, es ist genügend Equipment vorhanden, so dass man so gut wie immer das bekommt was man will (wenn nicht grad wieder eine Schulklasse alle SUPs ausleiht ;-) ).

Die Instructor sind auch sehr gut. Haben schon einige kennengelernt, sie waren immer super und hatten alle noch ein paar Tricks auf Lager, so dass wir noch sicherer wurden und uns nun auch bei starkem Wind raus trauen.

Wir genießen noch die verbleibende Woche und kommen nächstes Jahr mit Sicherheit wieder!

Il miglior centro per noleggiare kayak sup e barche a vela. Andiamo da anni a noleggiare sup e kayak in questo centro e ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo. Il personale parla tutte le lingue possibili e immaginabili ed è sempre disponibile e gentile, spesso arrotondando per difetto il conto o facendo finta di non vedere i 10 minuti di ritardo nel restituire i kayak! Generalmente quando non è troppo affollato si possono lasciare le borse con gli oggetti di valore alla casa ma probabilmente l'unica vera critica è che dovrebbero dotarsi di armadietti per questo scopo. Consigliatissimo, prezzi in linea con gli altri centri simili e c'è possibilità di prenotare in anticipo nei periodi particolarmente affollati.
