I recently rented a gravel bike from Via Roma for 8 days and was incredibly impressed.
As a trail biker, this was my first gravel experience and Massimo made me feel at ease from the begining, teaching me how to understand the bike and also supplying me with the extra equipment needed.
The bike (Basso Tera) was amazing, to the extent that I felt sad to say goodbye.

I had a great experience renting a road bike from Massimo. From the very first contact until returning the bike, everything was handled professionally and with great care.

Massimo was incredibly patient, answered all my questions, and took the time to make sure the bike was perfectly set up for me. His communication was excellent, and the whole rental process was smooth and stress-free.

The bike was in excellent condition and performed flawlessly on my ride. It made for an unforgettable cycling experience.

VIELEN, VIELEN DANK für die rasche, spontane Hilfe sowie für das Leihen eines e- bikes.
Wir hatten früh morgens ein whats-app geschickt, da mein eigenes e-bike kaputt war und wir um 9 Uhr ein Taxibus gemietet hatten. Der Chef persönlich kam rasch zur Hilfe und so konnten wir doch noch mit dem Taxibus und einem Leihrad unsere Tour antreten.

Great experience from Massimo. Fast and clear communication in the weeks before the rental, a super simple deposit/payment process and easy bike pickup at the hotel in Semonzo. He fully prepped the bike (which was like new) and gave advice on a great ride up Monte Grappa. Will be back to hire a Wilier again in the future!!

Rented for a week. Wilier bikes were basically in new condition and owner Massimo helped us with local routes and conditions. Rental location is perfect, near the base of the mountains. Highly recommended.
