I broke my seat post clamp on New Scott Addict that they had on stock. It was luck in it's own but the way guys took care of my problem and fixed it with smile and professionalism leaves wonderful memories and gratitude. Thank you!

Super Service- bei meinem Bosch Smartphone-Hub war die Daumenschaltung defekt. Konnte mein Bike vormittags bringen, bekam ein E-MTB leihweise. Abends dann meins wieder holen. Reparatur zum sehr guten Preis.Meibe Frau hat noch Ihre Bremsen erneuern lassen- auch dies zum unschlagbaren Preis

Wij zochten een fietsenmaker voor mijn Scott fiets en die hebben we gevonden! Mijn derailleur was afgebroken en ik kon dus helemaal niets meer.

We werden direct geholpen toen we langskwamen. We zijn een ijsje gaan eten en toen we terugkwamen stond mijn fiets al klaar. Ze gaven zelf al aan dat hij "goed genoeg" was om te fietsen, maar dat het niet perfect was. Ze wilden hem wel perfect maken, alleen ze hadden een onderdeel niet op voorraad. Maar, op deze manier kon ik in ieder geval fietsen tijdens de vakantie. Ze hebben het onderdeel nog wel voor mij besteld en zodra het binnen was kregen we een berichtje. Goeie service!

We hebben de fiets weer langs gebracht en vandaag kon de fiets opgehaald worden. We hebben meteen een ritje gemaakt. Nu is hij wel helemaal perfect. Hij rijdt weer als een zonnetje!

Nach einem Sturz von meinem Lebenspartner wegen einer gebrochenen Kurbel haben wir uns an unserem ersten Ferientag auf die Suche nach einem Radgeschäft gemacht.
Neben der gebrochenen Kurbel war auch das Vorderrad total zerstört. Die beiden Männer bei Sport è Bike haben über Nacht alles gegeben und mit einer gebrauchten Kurbel und einem gebrauchten Vorderrad das Rennrad wieder fahrtüchtig gemacht. Gleichzeitig haben sie das defekte Lenkerband und die Schaltkabel ersetzt. Mein Partner hätte nicht gedacht, dass er die restlichen Tage noch so schöne und lange Trainings fahren kann. Jungs, Ihr seid super! Grazie mille!

Dopo una caduta del mio marito e con una pedivella rotta e una ruota anteriore totalmente distrutta, i due ragazzi di Bike è Sport hanno fatto tutto il possibile e hanno riparato la bici durante la notte. Ho quindi potuto pedalare di nuovo durante i nostri altri tre giorni di vacanza. Grazie mille! Siete grandi!

Andato per problema per abbinamento tra forcella fox e cerchi roval. Senza nemmeno guardare i due pezzi, liquidato dicendo che non era di fox il problema!
Risolto in altro negozio in 10 secondi a costo zero!!

Rented a lovely carbon deddacciai road bike from the team at Sport è bike. Almost 2 weeks in and around the mountains and lakes. Superb. The staff are great, take their time, helped with routes, endured my lack of italian and generally just good people. Highly reccomend. Oh and the rental prices are easily the best I found. Grazie
