Wir hatten die Fahrräder eigentlich erst ab Montag 10 Uhr gebucht. Trotzdem konnten wir sie schon am Sonntag Nachmittag abholen-und haben nicht einmal mehr bezahlen müssen. Auch sonst war wieder alles -wie schon vor 4 Jahren- top. Gute Bikes, sehr nette Menschen-was will man mehr. Immer wieder gerne!

When in Garda this is the place to rent your bike. Have been coming here for a few years and getting e-bikes from them. Earlier this year we could not continue because of heavy rain. We rang them and they told us to hold on to the bikes for the following day. Great service. Thank you Vilma for looking after us. We’ll be back.

Wir haben uns spontan für 5 Tage eine 125ccm Vespa gemietet, um den Gardasee zu erkunden – und waren rundum begeistert! Die Abwicklung war schnell und unkompliziert: keine Kaution, nur die Kreditkartennummer hinterlegen. Das Team war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Der Laden ist modern, sauber und ordentlich, alle Fahrzeuge, die wir gesehen haben, waren in einem top Zustand. Unsere Vespa lief zuverlässig und hat uns 5 Tage lang problemlos um den See begleitet. Die Rückgabe war genauso einfach wie die Abholung. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir direkt im Anschluss noch für einen weiteren Tag einen Roller gemietet haben – sogar mit spontanem Rabatt als Dank für die erneute Buchung. Absolute Empfehlung! Wer in der Nähe von Garda einen Roller oder ein Fahrrad braucht, ist hier genau richtig. 💯

Haben uns in unserem diesjährigen Gardaseeurlaub zwei Trekking E-Bikes ausgeliehen. Für 2 Personen 70 € und bis 18:30 Zeit gehabt. Preis Leistungsverhältnis wirklich gut. Die letzten 2 Jahre zuvor waren es einmal eine Vespa und davor ein normaler 125ccm Roller. Kann man wirklich sehr empfehlen !

We can highly recommend the bike rental! We rented an electric cargo bike so my wife and baby could ride comfortably – it was perfect.

I also brought in my own Gravel bike for repair, and they did an excellent job. The team gave me great advice, fixed everything with care, and the price was very fair.

I’m extremely grateful – you can really tell that quality, safety, and customer service are top priorities here, which I truly appreciate.

A great experience. The staff were so helpful and advised up how best to ride the bikes (full sus electric) and how best to tackle our ride. We extended the La Rocca route. Highly recommend and well worth the money

We had an incredible experience. I recommend reserving bikes in advance. We got lucky when we called and the last 2 E-bikes were available. Although, they had plenty of other road bikes and vespas available. Robert really hooked us up with all the tech, helmets, baskets, and chargers to fully charge the batteries overnight. It was an extra 5€ per bike to rent overnight instead of returning at the end of the day. This allowed us to enjoy an evening ride with no pressure of returning in a few hours. He also gave us recommendations for where to go and how to get there, which was perfectly doable and allowed us to see the beautiful sites of lake garda and the vineyards in the east as well. We loved the E-bikes so much, we are looking into purchasing our own! Bella Bici has top of the line products and excellent customer service. Thank you, Robert!

Ich hatte eine Vespa für ein Tag und es war super!! 😁 Die Abwicklung ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert, die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Vespas in super Zustand. Ich würde über alles aufgeklärt, Preis Leistung meine Meinung nach sehr gut 😃 Man muss halt nur aufpassen da es keine Versicherung gibt nur Haftpflicht. Aber sonst auf jeden Fall zum empfehlen!! The staff was very helpful, spoke great English, and were able to provide us with rentals even at the end of the day, and were patient with us when we arrived a little late in returning the bikes. They were courteous, communicative, and helpful the entire time.

They gave bike helmets for kids available as well, with kid seats on the back of the bikes to take the kids along for the ride. If you are looking for a bike rental in town, look nowhere else but here!

Super Service, mir ist die Kette gerissen und innerhalb von 20 Minuten kam ein sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter mit einem Transporter auf dem Berg um die Kette zu reparieren. Auch ein Ersatzrad war mit dabei welches aber gar nicht notwendig wurde.

I first rented a bike from these fellows 5 years ago. They were excellent then as they are now. The Kalkhoff City E-Bike I rented on two occasions this week was well set up, everything worked and it rode well. It handled smooth asphalt, rutted and potholed, gravel , 'strada dissetata' (aka stream bed) roads and cycle paths well, along with 15% gradients. There was little level ground on the 60km circuits I rode, 40% battery remaining at the end.
They are a very good professional set up and I highly recommend them.
