I dropped off my bike in the morning because the chain was damaged. The owner told me it would be ready by the next day, but I had misunderstood and thought the chain would be replaced the same day since we were leaving town the following morning. I arrived at the shop at lunchtime the next day and it was on its lunch break; my bike still wasn't finished. The staff member then fitted the new chain during their break so I could pick it up before we left. That kind of flexible, customer-focused service is rare—thank you so much for making our trip possible!
