I rented bikes for me and my friends beginning of may. The bikes were good but two things were not ok.
- one of the bikes had electronic shifting and the battery was a empty after 10km of riding so I had to ride the rest of the tour without being able shift at the crank.
- we got a downgrade for two bikes because of availability and were promised to get a refund for the difference. Is has been two month since and despite multiple reminders from my side and empty promises from velolake, I am still waiting for the refund.

(Responding to the reply:
1. I payed with Visa and don’t own a Mastercard, whoever you refunded, it wasn’t me
2. The mail I signed up with is an alias to not have my real email published by someone like you. The email works. However it is true that I never send an email since the whole communication with your staff happend via Whatsapp.
3. The battery was empty after half an hour. So something was not right.

Duży wybór rowerów. Bardzo miła obsługa. Po sezonie rowery już trochę zajechane. Niemniej jednak wrócę. Polecam.

החבר׳ה בקבלה היו ממש נחמדים ועזרו להבין על המסלול וקיבלנו המלצות שוות!
המסלול מהמם לאורך הנחל ועובר בכמה עיירות נחמדות, לא לפספס עצירה בדרך לאכול טורטליני

This is the second time we have rented gravel bikes from Velolake Peschiera. The bikes are in perfect condition and the staff are super friendly and attentive!

Today we also bought one of the rental bikes. It had just had a final service and was beautifully prepared.

We will definitely rent here again next year. Given the very high quality of the rental equipment, it's really not worth the effort of bringing your own bike.

Ho noleggiato una Bike per partecipare al PeschieraTRI 2025 circa un’ora prima della gara in quanto la mia non era stata giudicata idonea per partecipare alla competizione, il personale di Velolake ha capito subito la situazione, si è messo a disposizione e mi ha fornito una Bike adatta alla gara ma anche alle mie capacità da ciclista… risultato: ho concluso il percorso senza alcun problema, anzi mi sono divertita molto e ho apprezzato il prodotto che mi è stato fornito. Prezzo del noleggio modico e accessibile a tutti… Mi hanno adattato perfettamente la sella e montato i pedali adeguati per le mie scarpe e sono stati pazienti e gentili nei miei confronti… Ringrazio ancora il personale… sicuramente tornerò!

Enjoyed my bike rental at Velolake-Peschiera! The process is smooth and the best thing is that it opens on a Sunday! The staff are really friendly and helpful! 🙌

Great service and race bikes! Had to get a last minute rental for my triathlon and they delivered thanks! Had the bike in less than 10min, ready for the race. They do not overcomplicate things and have very helpful staff.

Poor customer service. Asked to get my booking changed to one day earlier. Checked beforehand online and the bike was available. When I sent the email request to change the date I just got a snotty email back saying no the can’t do it because the bike was already reserved. I then sent an email to cancel my booking. And guess what, all of a sudden the bike miraculously was available. So unnecessary and unfriendly.

Very clear communication over mail. Very helpfull and nice guys at the store. But the 5 star rating is mostly for the amazing bikes we got. Made us doubt our own bikes, a very heavy realisation for a Dutch guy haha. Easy 5 stars!
