We had great service here from federico - he sorted us electric bikes and a trailer for our toddler. Fixed quickly an issue with the trailer. He went above and beyond recommending places to visit around the rain, and even booked us a table for lunch at a gorgeous farm a half hour cycle away. What an amazing guy and shop! Grazie!

Great Service and Help By Ferderico when my Cyclo-Cross bike needed new brake Pads. They were all gone After the Long Decent from Mt. Grappa. Ferderico worked Long Hours just to fix it overnight, since our Journey continued the other day…and finally we arrived Save in Venezia…! Thanks again Federico, very much appreciated!

We had the spontaneous idea to do a bike tour around Monte Grappa, and for that we still needed a road bike.

We stopped by this bike shop the evening before, but sadly they didn’t have a suitable bike on such short notice.
Still, the very friendly salesman called several other bike rental shops for us, and thanks to his effort we managed to get a bike after all, even with so little time to spare.
He even called again that evening just to make sure everything had worked out for us.

That kind of care really touched us. Super friendly, attentive service and such a kind, helpful salesman☺️. We will definitely come back!

I had more than few problems with my bike.
Went there, caught Federico, eccentric guy, super passionate.
He fixed all the problems with a sunny spirit.
Highly recommended

Ci rivedremo sicuramente.
Grazie.

Officina molto preparata e professionale.
