Bike fell over in a wind gust, bent my rear derailleur hanger. Brought the bike here, they fixed it in 5 minutes. Unbelievably good service, and the bike mechanic really knew what was doing. 👍 Don’t mess around going anywhere else’s, take your bike here

Amazing little bike shop. Bent rear derailleur thanks to the wind blowing go the bike over. Turned up here and the guy fixed it no problem with an awesome tool. Kept us going on our tour of Sicily.

Responded to me swiftly on Sunday through whatsapp even though he was closed. And first thing Monday morning he helped me with my mechanical problem. He fixed my back gear quickly for a very reasonable price. Extremely helpful and friendly too, would recommend!

I was having bicycle troubles riding across southern Sicily. I arrived in Sciacca and had one day to sort the problem. Daniele was amazing. So kind, so helpful. His bicycle shop was like a family. Friends popping in, his dad arrived to say hello. All friendly, by the afternoon Daniele had sorted things for me and I was able to keep on riding. Thanks so much Daniele.

My bike's Di2 rear derailleur shifter was not behaving as it should with only some gears reachable without the chain protesting. I looked up Ciclotech on Google as I was passing through Sciacca on a bike tour of Sicily. They immediately dropped everything and got my bike on the stand for some closer inspection. The technician re-booted the firmware in the Di2 and hey presto the gear changes worked like new. The cost was very reasonable and the service immediate and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
