Great bike rental service! We rented 2 gravel bikes for a day trip and it was so much fun. The bikes are really nice and super easy to ride. They even had a bike that fit my petite wife which is really great. It is not easy finding her sized bikes. Isabella and Mino are super helpful and very responsive to messages.

We had really great service from Isabella & Mino at Pro Bike. We hired two road bikes, helmets & shoes for a day & Isabella gave us a circular route to do through quieter roads in the Puglian countryside. We cycled past beautiful olive groves & through Alberobello & Locorotondo, After 77km & 933m of climbing we arrived back at Monopoli. It was a brilliant day & we highly recommend Pro Bike - they are so friendly, helpful & professional.

Great value bike rental in Monopoli. We hired 2 ebikes and took them up to Alberobello, the bikes were in perfect condition and we had no problems at all. Friendly and helpful staff, no massive security deposit required either (another company we looked at wanted a €400 per bike card hold).

We hired for a full day and when we enquired about adding half of the next day on we were told we could just take them home with us that evening if we liked and pay for the half day when we returned them. Everything was easy, flexible and seamless. Definitely recommend!

We rented two carbon road bikes with disc brakes for our time in Ostuni. Isabella and the team were very helpful and highly communicative. They provided helmets, fully equipped saddle bag and mini tool, phone holder for the bike (Garmin mounts also offered but we left ours at home, same with pedals and shoes).
They delivered (and collected) the bikes to the villa we were staying in, and adjusted the saddles for us and the bikes were well maintained.
Super easy and seamless experience - thanks very much.

Great Service and friendly.
We checked the day before using WhatsApp. Citybikes were not available, but we made a great trip using the trekking bike from Monopoli to Polignano a Mare. Received a stand for the phone and a lock. Even got a route to travel from the owner . And when we showed the Komoot ride we had, wegot a good tip on where to stop for a swim, less crowded.

Both cities where lovely to visit and the trekking bikes where good to handle in the city traffic and pedestrian zones.

Would definitely go again to rent a bike

1.5 hours late at agreed time of drop off, no show at time of pick up. Do not pay upfront, because they do not show up when you want to return bikes earlier than agreed, even though they say it is possible and you will get a refund. Well, you don't. Bikes were good.

Tolles Radgeschäft! Mein Umwerfer (Ultegra) ging nicht mehr und hier wurde mir sofort und unkompliziert geholfen. Zudem hängen sehr schöne alte Radbilder an den Wänden. Urlaub gerettet.
